This wasn't a thing in Morrowind, was it? (pretty sure it wasn't because I used to play at 15FPS) It started with Oblivion or F3.
Amazing technology at work once again.
Yeah, it's been an issue since Morrowind. You don't want your game running above 60fps because their physics goes crazy.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
This is so awesome I want to go to the NMA forums to celebrate. The failure is on DA:Inquisition levels :incline:

I met a random man in the wasteland. There was an easy charisma conversation option saying: "Give me your caps".

And the guy is like "Ah ok you must need it more than me".

Quality writing :decline::decline::decline:

rip in peace gtx 760

no matter what i change, the fps remain at an unsteady 40-50 jittery unplayable mess.

also the mouse has lower vertical sensitivity. i bet the same kind of subhuman that enjoys that also inverts his y axis.

I still am amazed that the internet sees this as the decline that it really is, but all of my friends still see this as GOTY.

I know, I still need new friends who ditched their tickets to the hype train.:hype:

Reddit and Metacritic are wishing that Obsidian did Fallout 4 and not Bethesda.

I must be dreaming.

Yeah, actually, I didn't knew that Obsidian gained so much credit with New Vegas among the Fallout (Bethesda) fans.
I mean, the average opinion I read about New Vegas is that it was worse than Fallout 3.
