Also that song seriously makes me wonder why Bethesda didn't license a brand new soundtrack for FO4. Jesus there's so much good from the 20s-50s.

From Doris Day to the Platters to The Diamonds, hell Duane Edde Rebel Rouser would fit very well with the atmosphere the Bethesda is trying/failing to build in FO4.

EDIT: And while they're at it, they coulda hired modern music makers with similar styles to make them songs they decide on. Rather than their shitty bards/sangers.

I just recently reinstalled VtMB and I was like WOW! Bethesda failed so miserably!They should give the license to someone competent or hire people that can do it. Obisidian did a fantastic job with F:NV. Why are they even bothering creating their own shitty story it's beyond retarded.

It *sounds* like you can raid ones not claimed yet, because he notes when one of yours is chosen. That said they also mention that better developed settlements will give better returns. So it's...actively encouraging you to build up a place before allowing a bunch of do-nothings to sack it.

Might be good for a ne'er do well playthrough where you never build anything and just wander and destroy, but not much else.
