That's an old video but it explains precombines. 1.2 ended up releasing without them because they were such a giant pain in the ass to do. But Aug says he is nearly done with them and they will be ready for 1.3.

Some shit mods compilation that some Vatnik made and says improves game obviously followed by fucked up mods that destroy any semblance of game if there was any.

Honestly out of all F4 modding i think only Frost deserves to be mentioned. Because it completely overhauls F4 into what F4 should have been a survival spin off to Fallout with really nice difficulty
