I just realized something. If Fallout 76 releases in as poor of a state as Fallout 4 does, we won't be able to mod it, without risking a ban at least. No ultrawide support. No ENBoost. No texture optimization replacement projects. This is gonna be a shit show.

The graphics being utter shit and unoptimized are the least of this games problems and no mods can save it.
I'm looking forward to the shitshow.

This looks impressively mediocre even for Fallout 4 multiplayer rust edition and expecting nothing more than that.

I have just watched some of this utter shit and its even funnier than I thought it would be.
That frame rate is awesome full of pauses, drops and sinking into single frames.
The utter retardation of the various youtuber's commentary as they play is also a delight. The complete denial of it playing like shit is a wonderful thing to behold.
Reading the YouTube comments seems to show a mostly positive response people it seems will lap this piss up no problem Bethesda will be happy.

The video gave us a facinating insight into Bethesda's "press demonstrations" tho:

Apparently the journalists get grouped and sheparded around by a BGS employee on a guided tour, making sure they do not stray from the carefully prepared press demo path miss the exiting stuff! Press doesn't want to write about boring things amirite?

At 14:20 (or well, anywhere)... I was right. Those ARE blue party hats.

This is Fallout: Runescape Edition now.

Isn't this what most large companies do? Not excusing it, just didn't think this was news. Bethesda is getting huge and becoming a bigger player in the games industry everyday now.

Nah I assumed this behaviour for a while now, but now we got it on video.

Especially Beth games were obvious about it, when all the previews were suspiciously about the same areas. Areas that had a lot of extra time and care dumped into it.
