Personally I play a woman in a video game so that I can stare at a woman body instead of a man. I find the opposite to be particularly gay.
Usually the character is wearing a robe or tin can anyways, but I do find listening to male grunting noises for hours on end to be rather unpleasant.

The reality is that when you control a character in a video game that character becomes your alter ego
No, this is some sort of mental illness unless you're a child that can't yet properly imagine other people having their own minds, with their own motivations, feelings and perspectives.

Characters I control in a video game are, at most, minions under my command. I do not play as a gelatinous cube in frogcomposband because I secretly yearn to be an all consuming acidic prism of slime, nor does it make me imagine what it is like to blindly roam around a dungeon or feel a pair of gloves dissolve inside my organless mass.

Cool story bro.
I'm sensing some projection. Tell us, how much time have you spent watching sweaty men humping each other on TV because wrestling is very masculine and not at all gay?

he's doing challenge runs of from games - i.e. literally running around as naked man. that's all you need to know.

There's not necessarily anything wrong with a female protagonist, as such, though equally a lot of people are going to give a game a pass on that basis alone simply based on personal preference.

The elephant in the room is the rise of autogynephilia and porn addiction, which is contributing heavily to the rise in societal decay.

Something to think about next time you see yet another bland 'muscle mommy' character in a stereotypical male role such as a soldier, blacksmith or mechanic.

There's entire segments of gamers who have gone completely off of the deep end and openly brag about how they want to submit to or become such women.

That's definitely pretty gay. There's a big difference between wanting a feminine, pretty woman to take charge and ride your dick and just bending over in submission for a woman with a jaw to rival Henry Cavill's.

Playing as a female character in a video game means you are a faggot.

"Hurr durr i just like to look at pixelated ass cheecks wat r u gey"

Cool story bro. Imagine anybody actually believing this retarded bullshit.

You're not supposed to associate with a character, you're supposed to play a character not identify with him/her, otherwise you are gay.

Otherwise it means that if you play a man, you are gay because you like men.
If you play a woman, you are gay and a trans because you identify as a woman.
In the end, you are gay.

In this case it is. The devs otherwise show a great reverence for Jap culture but absolutely refuse to acknowledge the historical place of women in it.

This wasn't a random choice. It's a deliberate message.

Why do they keep hiring dumb cunts that look like they have escaped from a mental asylum. This troon even shaved off half of it's head.
This must be result of some mental fuckery, there is no way, you would do that to yourself, look at the mirror, and then go to the conclusion, that you look good.
I doubt she started to being retarded after the hired her.
Did nobody bothered to look up har twatter/x account?

Anyway good riddance, I will not buy this sloop.

The tranny status and all the activism stuff were probably part of the reason why Sucker Punch hired “Erika”. I had no interest in Ghosts of Tsushima so this will be an easy skip. This time round Sony/SP won't have a 100m+ PS4 install base to boost sales so it'll be interesting to see how the game fares.

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.

Nope, this is actually normal. In a game with a character creator most men create male characters and vice versa. Not only that, if given a chance and if it's not too much a pain in the ass most people create their chars as close to their own appearance as possible. So a white brown-haired male gamer will reliably create a white brown-haired male character.

Hate to break it to you bro but not understanding that or trying to deny it, THAT'S some sort of mental illness.

Are they? So if you play an RPG with a male character and romance options, do you often go for gay romances? Because the dude you're playing is just a minion right? It shouldn't matter to you.

Oh man, this is going to be an Ubisoft tier trashfire. Have they ever pulled that line and had even a modest success?

Nah, this will sell pretty well. Sony still have a rabid fanbase who will defend the company no matter what. Ubisoft doesnt have that luxury.
