Let's say a Swede man had kids with a Somalian women in Somalia. His half-Swedish sons will go on to breed with other Somalian women, and the % of Swedish genes in theese individuals will diminish, yet his European haplogroup will stay in the paternal line of his now wholly black descendants. If Swedish men bred with Somlian women en masse, it would have a long lasting genetic impact that would visible not least in Swedish haplogroups being present in Somalia in the double digits and for centuries and even millenia to come.

In simplified terms, the 33% prevalence of Germanic haplogroups in Bohemia means that a third of genes in Czechs is of a Germanic origin, not that only 33% of Czechs have Germanic ancestry.

Discussion with you is most perplexing, as you seem to constantly disagree with me, only to then build up an argument that confirms my original thesis. First of all, what you say still doesn't prove that EVERY Czech has German ancestry, only that there had been significant interbreeding with Germans in history (which we knew already), second of all, you pretty much spell out what I've said in my very first post – that it's not really important. Because as you say, virtually every European will find a wide array of nationalities somewhere in his family tree. But if we use your example with Swedes mass-breeding with Somalians, would their spawn be Swedes? Obviously not, they'd be halfbreeds, and their children again Somalis (assuming they went on to marry other Somalis). Three or four generations later, it'd be utterly and thoroughly irrelevant that they had a Swedish great-grandfather.

You then go on a tangent about nazi Germany and pan-Slavism, neither of which is relevant to anything being discussed, and is even factually wrong. The "Germanization" of Czechs as envisioned by Nazi Germany was re-educating those deemed to be sufficiently Germanic, and deporting the rest to Siberia once USSR was defeated. It wasn't envisioned as just declaring Czechs to be German, but rather convicing Czechs with Germanic roots that they never have been Czechs in the first place, and chasing out the rest. German authorities, similarly, never treated Czechs as their equals.
