But half of the Czech voice-overs are, again, as cringe-worthy as they’ve nearly always been when it comes to gaming dubs.
Huh, didn't know you're a knedlik.

And yeah, the Czech dubbing is atrocious, even mainstream journos point that out.
Apparently Vetchý as Sigismund is great but I'm not nearly that far in the game yet.
Czech is a fairly cringe language in and of itself, not as bad as Poolish but still.

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.
So far, it's a good game. I enjoy it. Katherine's tits are kinda too big though, cover half of my screen.
Katherine tits are more flawless than all holy relics combined.

Not very historically accurate, in the 1400s she'd probably be whipped for dressing like that in public but in this case I graciously forgive that transgression.

For some reason Czechs and Polaks consider the other language thigh-slappingly hilarious. No idea why, nobody thinks Russian or Croatian is funny but there you go.

Something that's stood out to me so far in my (obscene) 10 hours played is the progression feels more robust and impactful, with some perk choices that could help propel you forward with a particular build in more meaningful ways. Also there seems to be more weight given to the trainer systems overall, both in how you make contact with them and their game economy impact. Economy has remained tight so far too, even playing as a thief. Really enjoy what I'm seeing with this stuff so far.

There's a lot of other positives so far, with only a few notable negatives, but I'll wait awhile and see how everything develops further. The writing in the opening is pretty clumsy in its aggressive attempts at recapping the events of the prior game and justifying a player "reset," but has been on par and sometimes better than the original's since then. Glad I had the past couple days off work to get some good hours into this.

czech sounds unprofessional and churlish and it's no wonder czech dubbing is crap. i've played kcd with czech dubbing and was personally offended by vavra's performance

Everything in Czech sounds like in diminutive form in Polish

Thanks,

In the history of the award, there have been 25 "people born in Africa" to win a Nobel prize. About 3%.

In the entire history of Islam, billions of people, there are 15 Nobel prize laureates. About 1.3%-ish

From Trinity College, a single college at Cambridge, there are 34. It admits 200 students a year.

So, has anyone reached Kuttenberg yet ? And if yes, can you at last play the thief life running from roof to roof at night ?

Well, you also need to have friends in committee.
How many of these 25 were black?

An oasis of love and friendship.
Make the Codex Great Again! Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. I helped put crap in Monomyth
Also there are no true romance with a girl or a woman in the game. It is just fade to black after a very brief cutscene (short than the Witcher 3 scenes) and that's it. Women do not even acknowledge you slept with them or whatever.

The only true built up romance is with HANS LOL. The sodomite romance is the only romance that has built in scenes for before, during and after and a proper build up and end.

it's the inverse of this:

I've got news for ya, Henry...

Yeah so far past the prologue writing seems alright, nothing stood out as being bad. Probably will be a while before I get to any DEI shit.

I'm trying to take it slow for now and actually do side quests, most of which I tended to ignore in first game. I wanna enjoy Henry being a poorfag for a bit longer. I've beaten a couple of armored bandits in random encounter and that did get me some better armor, but with current low carrying capacity and no horse I couldn't leave anything in inventory for selling, so still got very low money. Bought a couple lockpicks and even that was a pretty big expense. Early to say for sure but so far I am getting the impression that this will be more fun to play than the first one. From first glance at the perk list they definitely seem less boring than in first game. I'm also really liking that sleep/wait/fast travel is way faster. This must be because of NPC optimizations as tracking all their movement on map was what made these things go slow in KCD1. I wonder what they changed about NPCs to make them eat much less CPU. Menus feel much snappier too.

It's so sad they fagged the game up, we could've had a sequel that is just better in every single way. And I would've been glad to pay for it.

Wait, "cross swords" is a euphemism for gay sex? That doesn't even anatomically make any sense, unless gay sex was extremely different in medieval Bohemia.

Why is shitwalker constantly trying to pick a fight?
in hope for big event like what happened to henry and hans
I have no idea who is henry and hans. Are you talking about juan and hector, perchance?

Already reached 1 million units sold. The most successful gaming bait and switch in recent memory. Not sure if I should be mad or impressed.

These are some of my favorite moments in any RPG, and it's been such a joy bumbling around the countryside with 100 groschen in my pocket, hoping I don't encounter more than a single bandit on the road or in the forest at once.

There's been some good ones so far, with some pretty decent C&C on display. Overall, rolling with the punches and sticking with your mistakes in any situation is the way to play the game, both in terms of quest design and normal immersive gameplay moments.

These are very similar to some of my initial impressions so far. As a whole, so far I'm very happy with the game, and it feels like an improvement on the foundation laid down by the first game in most ways.

Generally I think the game will sell well. Mainly because the marketing didn't include ANY DEI shit. No gay romance, no Musa. It all looks like it would've been KCD1 but more (which is what I wanted anyway). From what people are saying that is what KCD2. The first game but more with few small adjustments.

What baffles me the most is if the game generally is pretty much the same as the previous title, why the fuck make big changes in the romance sector? I can't be a rogue, having a hood a robe and running with daggers in the shadows. There is thieving I know, but it seems like it's basically the same as the first game - you steal shit and you either sell the stolen shit to millers or you keep it.

The game might be a good game, but not only making Hans romanceable but also adding multiple gay options that nobody asked for seems fucking retarded. I guess that Embracer is "forcing behaviours"
