Last good RPG you had played from kwan?

Is kwan still capable to making good RPGs?

I am hard pressed to find any good RPGs that came from kwan in the last....decade. So i got curious about what is the opinion of the great neverending shitposting codex.

The last good RPG i remember from kwans was maybe Shadowrun:dragonfall. What about you?

EDIT:Kwan is america,i too don't know the origin of this glorious slur!

Shadowrun Dragonfall was shit though. It felt like a cheap mobile game pretending to be a big boy.

2003 ToEE was the most recent american RPG that was actually good
Grimoire is counted as australian, despite Cleve being american

West of Loathing and Dragonfall, off the top of my head. But then again I'm not sure where some indies are based, like Voidspire Tactics or Heroine's Quest.

I enjoyed the Shadowruns, Wasteland 2 and Dead State but wouldn't consider any of them great. Grim Dawn was fun for a while but at high levels the abundance of trash "epic" loot makes it too grindy (they may have addressed this somewhat, haven't played in a while)

As I wrote many times on RPGCodex, the centre of rpg-making moved to Europe. Central Eastern Europe to be precise.

Poland is the very centre, with the Witchers, but also games from ex CDPR devs, like Seven: Days Long Gone, interesting DS clone like Surge (soon also a sequel, which enjoys certain hype) and several promising projects in development.

Germany with Elex and hopefully, one day, Realms Beyond.
Czech Republic with Kingdom Come: Deliverance
Russia/Ukraine with Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Atom and soon Encased.
Serbia with Underrail.
Estonia with Disco Elysium.

Propably there are more, which I am forgetting atm.
