Damn, I only played 2.5 of those games from the list and one of those (M&B2) I cannot even count as 2022 since I started playing it in early beta back in 2021.. so Hard West 2 is my 2022 GoTY :D

Other than that it is all about Knights of the Chalice 2. It is on the list, i haven't played many games from the list and it is a very good game overall.

Yes. Pretty good low-fantasy tactical turn based game with a political intrigue as the plot, but for this price? I would think twice and pick something else, like Symphony of War for example.

KoTC 2 would be GOTY, if this place were real. It's turn-based + squad-based. Elden Ring is third-person action game with RPG elements.

Why are there 100 games nobody's ever heard of and that likely nobody is currently discussing? When you clutter up the poll with shit you make people less likely to even bother with it.

Better have extra games than missing games. The alternative is me arbitrarily deciding which games are worthwhile to be in the poll.

There's no easy solution for this - Knights of the Chalice 2 only has 64 reviews on Steam and no other website gives a damn about it, but it's one of the best games of the year.

If nothing else it shows me games I didn't even know existed (and I thought I keep track of most RPGs), so I can at least check them out to see if they are any good.
