I've got like four excess boxes of those, in case anyone has alts who might need one and Exchange prices rise from the currently prepostrously low rate.

EDIT: The only pro and con you need to consider: Feds can get Plasmonic Leech console without using Zen.
This is not necessarily a pro.
Pro: Feds can get *A* plasmonic leech without using Zen.
Con: Feds cannot get plasmonic leech using Zen.

I, for one, would rather drop a few hundred Zen to get Plasmonic Leech For Everyone, than have to pay through the nose to get a new one every time, especially given the tanking of EC income.

It does depend on the player. The ship with the Plasmonic Leech is 1000z. That's almost half an endgame C-store ship. For a player who is heavily into alts and does really like the klinks it is a good deal, but for someone who is more into playing a main and using the other charslots for farming it isn't really that good when you can get it for about a million EC.

Matter/Antimatter Specialist (Space): Your Auxiliary Power to the Inertial Dampeners now also increases your Energy Resistance Rating and is increased in duration.

Standard issue in all Cruisers and Carriers from this day onward?

Ah, no Aux2ID. Speed + Energy Resistance + Immunity to repel and disable, Escorts and Sci Ships will like it.

So that's what they did with all those extra Sentinels.... I had no idea they were sold to the Sulibans.

Arright, people: Here's our Risa Plan so far:
Gather as many of those Favor things, which are NOT bound, and deposit them into the fleet bank so that I can concentrate resulting the vespene on someone who will always manage to show up in a timely manner to fill the dailies, namely, me. Because a million vespene is of no use if you're never there on time. And projects must run on time, or the party is over. Try not to blow too many of them on something inane and frivolous.

Fun is not yet prohibited, but is officially discouraged. Fun is a filthy parasite. Avoid it.

Do the hunt on 2, possibly even 3 characters(Might be best to get the 50 favor floaters). Then dance on one, until you've completed the 10/10 step for 7 favors, and do it again on a 2nd character. Then however many you can on 3rd, for most favors/hour.

Next, we need a how-to on how to efficiently gather Favors.

There is only one way.

You do the hunt for the statues thing, thats minimum 30, then you do the dance that is at least 23 meaning thats 53 per half hour, 106 per hour.

Now I going to advice to get a Floater since it means the "find 10 statues" much easier, its doable on foot but much harder because terrain barriers, I am not sure if there is any worth on the most expensive one since the whole Flying Event is much easier that the Winter race as no competition, no out of bounds and seems to go a lot faster (since its not the entire map as a track circle, even if its 3 "tracks") and the rental one works just fine.

Also even if you dont want to do the Dance because its kinda long and boring you should do it at least once so you can Samba and Samba Advanced as they are unlocks.

Let us make a Risa event! A summer party event! A BEACH PARTY in a CASINO RESORT with DANCE COMPETITIONS and a motherbleeping RACING CAR WITH CANNONS for a reward and a non-combat pet that tells the world YOU ARE AVAILABLE FOR KINKY SEX! FUCK YAY! THIS IS SO COOL!

Since we are at it, no bathing suits allowed.

:hmmm:

I know Cryptic gonna Cryptic but this is just too much.

Kind of just retarded.

Screw you, Cryptic. Really. Whomever makes the decisions needs a new brain. Racing cars! Dance parties! Beach! Casino resort! Summer festival! 'Please fuck me!' signs that follow you around! Their entire event does scream BEEFCAKE STUDS AND SCULPTURAL GIRLS IN BATHING SUITS!

Bleep this, ALL OF THE PARTY NPCS ARE ON BLOODY BATHING SUITS! SO WHY ARE WE THE ONLY ONES ALL DRESSED UP?

Angry Nyan is very angry. :(

Well ... before this when beachwear come up they said CBS vetoes it unless its restricted to Risa only, they seem to paying some attention to the outfits slots since they did some swimwear as NPCs are wearing it so I take they tried or are trying but so far its not working so they cannot do it.

I assumed the swimwear would have been the reason for the new Off-Duty option for everyone, and the outfits they mentioned the event vendors were selling. I didn't expect CBS Death Squad Overseers to pounce on this.

That's even worse than the lack of swimsuits. I have been going for a Cyberpunkish style for my Sci Reman captain and her bridge crew, and the shorts with the Reman uniform top, the hoodie, the leather boots, the cool tech googles, and as many glowy bits as possible would have been just totally awesometastic in a ghetto technomancer way. The separation of off-duty clothes and on-duty clothes is just kind of very stupid. :( I hope they just remove that shit and let us mix and match as we wish. It's not like the current uniforms are not ridiculous anyway: Go-Go boots + original series ultra-epic-mini skirt + mirror universe cropped top is fine. Shorts? HELL NO!

Yes. :P

Because there's nothing better than being followed around by what pretty much amounts to a 'please fuck me in creative ways' neon sign.

blame cbs. cryptic said it's what they wanted to do since before off-duty slots came live, but cbs is apparently very anal about the license.

No, its not ... a uniform is not casualwear and CBS do want uniforms to be restricted to being just that, the dumbest shit people can pull they will pull and this aint Skyrim were you can do it and its your game, we have to take all the dumbshit people come up in STO.

Uniforms are used at times, I noticed that my oldest character crew that is wearing various STF Sets will default to their uniforms (as it disables armor visuals) on some occasions so the tech is there to a point but point is this is not a free for all, even loose there is still a dress code.

The separation of off-duty clothes and on-duty clothes is just kind of very stupid.

You damn hippies can complain all you want, you arent getting a job without a proper hair cut.

You mean those uniforms with cropped winter jackets, miniskirts, and high heeled knee-high boots?

Uncle DJ wants YOU to pull some HOT MOVES, citizen!

2v2vzv9.jpg

Those are clubbing clothes, dood. :P

Also, many Remans and Romulans, including the story boffs AND the tactical captain's special dudes if the forums are right, are dressed like civilians because, well, they technically are a bunch of rebels in a decomisioned antique warship and not a proper military, so the 'uniform' excuse does not really work for them at least.

That's why I heart them so mooch. Privateers!

And let's not forget the topless male Orions and Crocs, and the metal bikini wearing Orion admirals. o_O
