Stealth is good for anyone who can blow things up. Kineticist included.
Kineticist is also awesome on Valerie. She’s a natural Water, but Blue Flame helps her damage quite a lot.

Reckless stance or lethal stance for barbarians?

I'm using Reckless, and having Amiri/the barbarian use a 6 ft. ranged weapon, in this case a Glaive. That negates some of the AC penalty since she can stay out of melee better by standing further away.

Lethal Stance seems substantially better. Particularly the higher level powers. However the base bonuses don't stack with a Bard's Inspire Courage, so if you plan to keep using Linzi, you may opt for Reckless instead.

That's why I went with Reckless, but now I only use Linzi once in awhile. I do like to swap companions in and out to keep things fresh.

lol, I've been playing with the bag of tricks mod and you can hack everything: your level, stats, alignment, equipment, romance counters, feats, bloodlines, class requirements, dialog requirements, learn all spells with a click of a button.

you can even make yourself into an actual undead like Jaethal or redo an NPC's stats/class etc.

Yes, cheating DOES allow you to change your stats.
Someday someone may find a cure for whatever mental deficiency prevents you from reading entire sentences.

Until then, please stay off the internet.

Is it compatible with the latest version, is it being updated regularly, and it is stable/safe to use?
Yes, within reason. I tooled around with an uber character for a bit and it didn't seem to do anything to my game. Though the kingdom cheats to increase kingdom base stats (the roman numeral ones) will screw up your advisor's quest lines if you change them, so best to increase them the old fashioned way. Though there are cheats for build time and task time as well, so that's not much of an issue.

There are dozens of settings to play with. Pretty much anything you can think of, it can do. Whether it's a small change or essentially turning the game into a cheese fest.

If you're not using a Bard, you're doing it wrong =)

A bard is mostly dead weight IMO. I mean, if there weren't better alternatives... sure. But there definitely are. Usually I leave Linzi at home as soon as I recruit the BAM. And if I really want to go the easy way and trivialize a difficult encounter... well... there's Jubilost.

I do like accuracy buffs... therefore I always make one of my other characters a Freebooter Ranger (Amiri for example). With just 5 levels the class provides +2 Accuracy vs marked target AND +2 Flanking bonus (stacks with base flank and Outflank for +6 vs flanked targets). Those are unnamed bonuses, so stack with everything. Level 6 gives another free Combat Style feat and as you don't need to fulfill the requirements for it, might as well pick that as well (for example Shatter Defenses without Dazzling Display or Weapon Focus... Power Attack with Combat Style feat at level 2).

On the other hand, the Bard buffs develop much slower and sometimes get into stacking issues. Good Hope is mostly just a convenient, mass version of Heroism. Can simply cast the latter, maybe 2-3 times. It lasts a long time.

Dead weight?? You must be joking... my Thundercaller is invaluable to my party

Thundercaller? Okay, I can see some utility in that. Still not convinced I'd pick it over other classes. Standard Linzi is not a Thundercaller though.

Standard Linzi has her songs and some nice offensive spells on top of the buffs. Second half of the game I've found both her and Reg (whom I've turned into a melee bard) more useful than Ekun, mainly because I'd rate aoe debuffs higher than single target non-touch ac damage.

I also think that taking a daemonic boon should impact your alignment greatly, or maybe have some alternate effect where it starts to turn you slightly more evil or something. I've picked up Lamashtu's Boon and a Daemonic Blessing and I'm still Neutral Good, which seems a bit odd considering the things I did to get those boons. It would be cool if when you get a certain boon or blessing that the deity or herald of the deity visits you in a dream or something, or just shows up demanding something evil, forcing your hand or just talking to you in some way. The more reactivity with those sorts of things would be a great improvement as well, as not many RPGs have that kind of reactivity with your actual skills or blessings you get from deities, or in this case, daemons.

Stick with Paladin. The weapon bond is quite good and you will need all its uses for making it effective all day long. Paladin multiclass is good however for Scaled fists.

Quick question. Can you still cast all your spells and normal attacks with Dragonkind II spell? I'm thinking of giving it to Octavia for extra firepower, 1 - to make it possible she can melee a bit with all those attack bonuses, and 2 - so she can simply be a dragon and still cast her normal spell repertoire. So can #2 happen with this spell?
