Yes if you give Linxia free rein, she cause more damage to your kingdom than the troll, barbarian and undead cyclops invasion:negative:

Nok-Nok is a total tool. I let Nok-Nok handle the diplomacy at Oleg's regarding the goblins and the frost giant and now:

I have a fucking alcoholic giant rampaging through my capital + that filthy band of unwashed, homeless goblins in the streets that I have to pay cold, hard BP and waste a valuable advisor on to get rid of.
But I refuse to save scum to get a more favorable outcome. What happens happens, and I appreciate that this game seems to truly have decent C&C unlike most RPGs.

Nok Nok is Chaotic Evil and has low Wisdom. What did you expect?!
Only tool here is you.

Yeah, but he's my companion! He's suppose to do good by me no matter what, love conquers all, love will find a way, and all that. But seriously, I figured he's a goblin and his rapport with his own species will result in dividends for my kingdom, but... that's not the way it happened.

Man, does that inconsequential debates long riddle get an answer in the game? It better not be a shaggy dog story

Having nok-nok on your side is what allows you to build the goblin building that's pretty good so I was fine dealing with the drunk giant, that was kinda funny

Well, the goblin quarters are good for raising espionage. At some point I was razing entire villages and replacing them with kobolds & goblins.

You don't need to keep the giant alive to get those buildings.

Nok-nok's story works out pretty good if you kill the giant because nok-nok seen as a hero by the other goblins for killing it. Whereas if you try to talk it down he is seen as a fool because he makes it laugh to lower its aggression.

Also how hard does Lander fuck you if you choose him as an envoy, I'm going to start a new Chaotic Neutral run as a female sorcerer with low WIS and INT, and it feels fitting she would choose him even though it's obviously a bad idea.

Not so much different as others, and there are even a few options how his fate ends. Just be sure to pick up Tsanna as a replacement.

Tsanna is not even his replacement. Lander is regent - and she can take High Priest or Councilor positions.

Just started playing this and I'm part-way through chapter 2 and I got to say that after a slow start this is the most fun I've had with a game in a while. It's a lot more fun than Deadfire and seemingly larger as well.

Very impressive for a first effort from a Russian studio funded by the mob... I'm extremely curious how their next game will turn out!

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
so house at the end of time.

i am stuck so i looked up a walktrough, there supposed to be a cutscene with Linzi appearing at the northern throne room part in floor 1. it doesn't appear to me no matter how many time i tried. at this point i have recruited amiri, tristian, valerie, octavia and rerongar back. so am i screwed or what? there is supposed to be the witch guy in the basement. (according to this guide:https://gameplay.tips/guides/3706-pathfinder-kingmaker.html) she also doesnt appear and she hold the key to that locked door. i think that's it. my save is screwed.

also holy shit this place suck so much. i have heard the nightmare stories, but now i am here. turned 9/10 game to 4/10. it's just frustrating. companions gone, enemy encounter are ridiculous bugs bugs and bugs

Are you sure you're at the "right versions" of each of those rooms?

Go trough a fog, equip lantern, go back to that room, try again.

Spent hours looking for the witch also, BTW.

I had to restart the map a few times for the cut scenes to trigger. Owlcat ftw.

I also only had problems with last key in there. Everything else is OK except all boss fights are easier than ghosts and wild hunt "trash" fights..
But in patch 1.3 finding last key was supposed ti be made easier although I don't know the exact details how.

Well, I've looked at various resources looking for the witch and I actually had the 3rd key way before the 2nd. I simply missed exploring a small part of the map in one of the realities. Worst thing is that once you explore one side, you also uncover the map for the other.

But yeah, the 4-way fog rooms are a gigantic waste of time - should you want to solve them fair and square (without reloading or looking up).
