Trickery is a nice one for a ranged character, letting this class cover Trickery (with some equipment help) and those little sparklies on the character sheet are opportunities to pick up Wiz/Bard spells like Good Hope that are otherwise hard to get. UMD fits a CHR-based character far better than Knowledge World ever fit a WIS-based Ranger. +4 Saves vs Fey replaces Endurance.
Can never remember if Flurry of Blows works with Two-Weapon Fighting. It does. This guy will be an absolutely blender since you pick up off-hand iteratives at same rate you get main hand in CotW without needing to spend additional feats. The bonus Disarm on each Sai is also a nice one as Dazzling Blade

Opens combat here by just walking up Stealthed and Disarming this poor lvl 9 Skeleton.
One of the benefits of DEX-based is a good solid Stealth number.
Spend a Ki point for a Swift Feint instead of an extra attack is usually a good deal. The higher the difficulty the better this gets (as long as you can land it obv) since it cancels out the extra DEX.
