Paladins get +1 Str, +1 Wis when you get the Holy Avenger.I don't recall that, tbh. IWD2 gave dreadmasters of bane a bonus to wisdom based on the outcome of a certain quest. You might be right there. Wasn't it IWD that gave you sweet strength bonus in one of the locations if you were a certain type of cleric?BG2 had close to none reactivity towards the main character, except for assigning the appropriate stronghold and romance-sim. Icewind Dale actually got more dialogue options based on who did the talking than BG2.6. More reactivity to details - the game recognizes i'm an aasimar and npc's tell me of it, but being a paladin of Shelyn I'd expect some extra flavour from Valerie dialogues. No such luck.
"Oh boohoo, I have to pre-plan against enemies and use spells", there's a merchant in the city who sells protection against electricity scrolls, he has like 999 in his stock. People used to complain in here how PoE is boring because it doesn't have hard-counters and buffs etc are inconsequential, well, we have a game now which has all those things, and you bitch and whine? Git gud, losers or go back to play Pillows of Eternity.
What a bloody mess:
What is sweeter than looking down upon the face of a defeated enemy? Perhaps, only the realization that you had to work hard and pay for your victory in blood!
The "Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Bloody Mess" DLC lets you bask in the gore and glory of battle, witnessing its bloody traces both on your companions and your enemies.
Here’s how it works:
Bloodstains appear on a character or creature according to the amount of Hit Points they have left. The more wounded a character, the more bloody and battered they look. First blood splatters appear when their Hit Points go down below 80%.
Of course, not all creatures in Pathfinder: Kingmaker can have bloodstains at all. As you would expect, those who don't have blood - elemental and incorporeal creatures, for example - are not affected by this feature. Also, while humanoids and animals bleed red, this isn't so for others: for example, the undead show black stains on their clothes, and plants drip green sap.
To clean up your wounded companions, you need to restore their Hit Points by either letting your party rest or using healing abilities.
Players may control the visibility of the new feature with a special setting - "Bloodstains" - which can be found on the "Game" page of the Options menu. The setting is turned on by default.
The best part of the trailer is how that aasimar has wings in it but we cannot get those ingame currently :D
Bloody Mess indeed..
You could pick the feat but you don't get graphical wings. On 1.0.10 I could pick wings at lvl 1 as non-Aasimar![]()
Just to loose that feat point with 1.12. Not really a good deal.On 1.0.10 I could pick wings at lvl 1 as non-Aasimar![]()
I just picked the feat yesterday with my lvl 11 aasimar druid, I didn't get any wingsThe best part of the trailer is how that aasimar has wings in it but we cannot get those ingame currently :D
Bloody Mess indeed..
Maybe they fixed it? :D
I'm monk and don't use weapons. So everyone else should suffer too.Got useless dueling sword as reward for quick completion of chapter 1; too much work to check weapon focus of your chair and give you something useful or gold as alternative?
Holy shit, aasimars really should get visible wings. The moment this is patched in I'm restarting as aasimar. The best part of the trailer is how that aasimar has wings in it but we cannot get those ingame currently :D

Think about when you'll be able to tell your grandchildren that you took part in the Great Hotfix Crusade.I really wish they would just stop patching so I can finally settle in and play. October 22 was days ago.

Well, at least you didn't have to suffer through the hell that is early levels with +2 attack rating and the painful realization that everything you get on level ups is strictly for fists. Personally, it had proven too much for me, so I changed a dual-wielding monk for a dual-wielding inv. rager. +15 attack bonuses in rage mode on 4th level just warm my heart.
Speaking of hearts. I've just defeated stag lord for the second time, and his last words were as heartbreaking as the first time. Great job developing a sympathetic antagonist. i cri.
dragon disciple aasimar.Holy shit, aasimars really should get visible wings. The moment this is patched in I'm restarting as aasimar.

I know this will bring the professionally offended purists nightmares. However, there are mods that allow your party to ignore encumbrance. this is particularly useful in cleaning up the game for better load times. The reason the games load times become more and more atrocious the further you progress, is due in fact, that all the items left on the ground by enemies and opened containers remain cached, to then be loaded back into the world at the place they were dropped. The more enemies you kill, the more you leave behind, the worse your load times will accumulate.
This fortuanantly can be fixed with a bit of proactive work by the player, all you have to do is enable an encumbrance mod upon entering an instanced area and upon exit of its various levels loot everything you left behind. When you get back to the travel map from your adventure, and this is the tedious part, comb your inventory for all the things you do not want to sell and decide to drop them on the world map. this item will be deleted as there is no instance to leave them in, and in turn will free up the cache. You can then just disable the encumbrance mod and travel will affect you as it would have all along.
In P&P it includes diagonal squares, just like AOO. In the game it's a radius.Do adjacency bonuses count diagonally, or only square sides?
Meant for the buildings in the kingdom, whoops. In P&P it includes diagonal squares, just like AOO. In the game it's a radius.Do adjacency bonuses count diagonally, or only square sides?
They should just implement either manual destruction of items, or a timed despawn. It's common sense ffs...So.... this buggy buggy game...
