I don't know the thick of it but I think mail.ru still has a hand in Owlcats business. I may be wrong though. The split announcement was publicity and they simply moved to a separate office.

Looks like Incense Synthesizer it is. AoE Mutagen (scaling Alchemical bonus to atk/dam so stacks with Bard) in exchange for less Bomb damage looking good.

Any of the companions easily changeable to a druid? Why do they never give us druids? I had to make Harrim a druid in kingmaker on the playthroughs where I wasn't one my self.

Just checked Discord and seems the mod who have Beta access are already playing it (it was like this too for Alpha, there was a staff Alpha of some sort before the "public" release).

From the teasing seems like 1 - 2 weeks before Beta is released.
