Nah. You kill enemies, and they explode into stuff that isn't blood. It's fun.

Isn't her expression and short-hair done by purpose to fit her "I'm beautiful but I hate it" kind back story?

Honestly maybe I just have low standard, but Valerie is kinda fine? Yeah not divine beauty like she is supposed to be but not outright bad. The hair and expression also makes it look worse than it should be. If she is drawn smiling and with better hair I would think that she will look much better.

Anyway I hope we get better romance option this time, Kingmaker's romance option really sucks.

an option, as I usually prefer them to have a tie in with the overarching plot rather than being completely disconnected. Can't comment on the quality of it as I've yet to fit in a second playthrough of KM, but I can at least appreciate the attempt; Witcher 3 for example was greatly enhanced for me as Yennefer has a much better tie in with the game's events than Triss did.
