Looks pretty low budget for an anniversary game… Too bad they never ported the much higher quality OG games on steam

Fuck yeah, Getter Robo Armaggedon! Shame I still have to play the other games that were launched for PC (but not OUTSIDE of Asia legally, so it was pirate time). Knight's & Magic is standard isekai drivel with a Mary Sue protagonist that never loses, so no idea how it will fit here. The mecha here are subpar and derivative IMO.

Also, eew, the ugly-as-sin and extra-derivative SRX is back, along with its terrible pilots.

CyberConnect2, the developer, they've been pushing this furry steampunk worlds for a long time. I only played Tail Concerto, PS1 3D action adventure/platformer thing, it was fine.

CyberConnect2 are the .hack furfags, it sorta looks like they did an alright job with the art direction and budget they had.

I played their DS game, it was alright, but the charming art-style made it quite better. Despite the animal humanoids, it's clearly more going for a cartoon angle than furfagottry... Not that this difference will stop such deviants anyway, but that's not the game's fault.

Funny thing is that the Little Bronx games are actually a "post-post apocalyptic setting".

In the Solatorobo game it is revealed that humies went extinct after killing each other with Titanomachias, super-weapons of mass destruction, like the tank is implied to be one, but now made better/worse since the tank's most OP weapon needs willing sacrifices.
Either way, in the Srobo game it's also explained that humies hidden somewhere, waiting for their chance to come back. The bad guy in that game was actually a system to reboot the world by terraforming everything, killing all sapient life so that humies can come back.
So, the animal people may be a result of natural evolution, or some sick bastard making a lab experiment that escaped.

Which is why it's extra funny when legit French words are used, or that the Germans start doing German things... Again.

Atlus finally mentioned Etrian Odyssey: https://www.gematsu.com/2021/07/atl...-big-unannounced-projects-in-development-more

...
  • “We’re continuing to put our efforts into Vanillaware titles and other Atlus intellectual properties.” (Editor’s Note: A new project with Vanillaware was teased back in March 2019.)
  • “We’re working on a variety of titles, both announced and unannounced, and hope to release them as soon as possible. We also hope to bring you some surprises in the future.”
  • “There are currently five or six development lines in effect. Or about 10 when you include Vanillaware and other external companies we’re working with, plus technological research and development.”
  • Project Re Fantasy is progressing little by little, and we hope to deliver it when the timing is right.”
  • “We hope to be able to share more news on Etrian Odyssey to everyone as soon as possible.”

Does the Fuga game feature multiple endings? It should, if only a bad one you get when you kill too many kids.

El shaddai?
El Shaddai is another name for God that explains another aspect of who God is. God first introduced Himself as El Shaddai to Abraham in Genesis 17:1

Nippon Ichi's 2007 tactics thing Soul Nomad & the World Eaters is coming to Steam

WTF...are they really going to just stretch 4:3 screen to 16:9, and call it a day? When I saw screenshots on Steam page I thought maybe it's just how they uploaded them on store page. Is this actual "remaster" work for them?
