Verdict: first FE game I've played (back in 2017). Still one of the best and IMO better than the NDS remake.

The game is too damn long, 25 missions is insane for a NES game. I gave up after 16, if it had ended there it would be a great game, even impressive by NES standards. But predictable AI (it literally has 1 coded-in strategy, and after it fails, it just stops functioning) does drag it down.

It's a remake of the first FE for NES.

Playing the first release of Project Cyrodiil, and having a lot of fun with it.

A cool little detail I noticed is unique wall paintings on several different houses. So far, I've only seen each painting once, so they seem to be unique decorations the building's owner decided to place there, instead of a generic decoration used multiple times. Very cool, I love little touches like that, makes the world feel a lot more real and alive!

Didn't screenshot further, but as soon as we disembarked, half the party died, and the rest had to fend of skellies. We anticipated this, so we had materials for a portal. Now, we are building a temporary abode for teleportation purposes. I think that this is the last area of the game.

Province Cyrodiil has some really cute new non-aggressive animals.

This thing is kinda like a platypus. It has a beak, it lays eggs, but it looks like a furry mammal. Adorable.

This thing at first looked like an enemy that would attack, but no. It's just a cute little newt that doesn't attack you.

Already posted the frog before, but here's a pic from third person perspective so you can see the size of that absolute unit.
