It's not in the normal Fallout 2, that's for sure. It could be part of the 'added content' of the Restoration Patch, or even the Megamod (Vault 14 springs to mind) but beyond that I'm as clueless as you.

It's in the EPA that was added in the Fallout 2 Restoration Project. EPA wasn't too bad. The quality isn't too bad, but it was good to have something extra after finishing this game so damn often.

I can't stand bioscience in gamers generally though, not here in this mod, not the AG Centre in WL2, not Vault 22 in New Vegas.

I just can't stand em.

Had a nice game of 100% white colonial enrichment. Built my little kingdom in Florida for a change, quite nice location.

The Cherokee were a pain early on, but once Cortes was on board and the treasures kept coming in the pagan wretches were easily purged.

Went way overboard with the army, the war for independence was much easier than I remembered since the king doesn't dump all his expeditionary forces at once.

The game doesn't actually reward supah-early victory, so I could've spent another century or so spamming colonies to dramatically boost the score. Started to grow bored though so I decided to wrap things up.

Now I'm thinking about playing trash liebrul a.k.a. Dutch, singing kumbayah with the savages and fighting only fellow whites. If that turns out to be too sickening, I'll just play Irenaeus-style as usual and stay loyal to the Crown for a change, never actually did that before.

Nosferatu, Wrath of Malachi. Settings don't stick unless you make manual registry changes and there's no volume slider (it's fucking loud). Otherwise it runs fine on Win7, so far.
