Try it with dgVoodoo.starting NOLF now. runs pretty good so far, but i haven't discovered how to make the UI and text size properly scaled. they work fine, just so small it hurts my eyes to read. i use the modernizer and widescreen fix
BRO ILL GIVE YOU THAT...but sweet.Call of Juarez Gunslinger (short)
I love so much about that game. The point system, the snappy guns, the Sergio Leone sound design, appearances of real-life historical figures, the narration and the gags based around it. Remember the mine level, when the narrator went "which is what I would've done, if I was stupid!", and then the whole level played in reverse, and you had to continue down a different path? That was so funny and inventive.
Hey it worked! Now the game runs almost perfectly.Try it with dgVoodoo.starting NOLF now. runs pretty good so far, but i haven't discovered how to make the UI and text size properly scaled. they work fine, just so small it hurts my eyes to read. i use the modernizer and widescreen fix
Extract the control panel, CFG file, and DLLs for 3dfx and D3D (x86) into the game's main folder, where the executable is located. Set the resolution in the 3dfx and DirectX tabs to Max in the wrapper's control panel; you can also try aspect ratio scaling with the C.R.T. filter in the first tab.
Once the game is running with the wrapper, set its internal resolution to 640x480. This should cause the UI to be scaled up with its original proportions preserved, while the 3-D graphics will be rendered at a resolution matching your monitor's highest vertical resolution.
The 3dfx/dgVoodoo watermark can be disabled in the control panel. If the game isn't using the wrapper, try changing the renderer in its video settings.
You can also try these prepatched versions. The guy that made them claims that they work on all modern Windows operating systems.Hey it worked! Now the game runs almost perfectly.
