From what I understand you can make a tranny as the PC through the use of pronouns.

If they didn't include the little selection at the end of character creation that asks for pronouns they'd have a shitstorm on their ass

"Kingdom Come: Deliverance" is a great RPG.

Kingdom Come: deliverance is a great game but a shallow rpg.

It does allow for a fair bit of roleplaying the guy you want to roleplay, going through that story.

I agree that your skill as a pilot should be dependent on skills, such as being able to target specific systems. But locking the ability to use better ships behind skills just doesn't make sense. Any asshole with a Corolla can drive a Ferrari. They might spin out and wreck it, but they don't need a special skill/license to drive one.

Right, but the allegory seems closer to HGVs or even tanks than a Ferrari. The ship you start with is a small cargo ship, some of the ships you can unlock later seem to be military vessels about ten times the size of your original craft.

Drew Karpyshyn from Bioware had some retarded conceptions on races future for Mass Effect that seem to be shared by most of nowadays NuRPG writers. He thought humans would naturally homogenize into a single mulatto brown race and that traits like blond hair and blue eyes were doomed to disappear. I think he wrote a few codex entries on the subject and further developped it in his novels no one read.

I really like that they were willing to do that. In an RPG, you shouldn't be able to do everything right out of the gate, and the best ships should be locked behind the highest perk ranks for players who make the investment in the piloting skill. I was actually quite shocked when I hijacked a pirate ship only to discover I wasn't allowed to pilot it because my character simply didn't know how, was a very pleasant surprise coming from a Todd-era Bethesda game.

What was really impressive was that they put basic shit like stealth and persuasion behind perks. That's a brave design decision and it really does make character builds feel distinct from each other.

I have to agree.
My biggest complaint with how they abstracted Perks in Fallout 4 was that they did nothing interesting with it and opted mainly for bonus damage.
I'm kind of shocked to hear they've actually addressed it similarly to how I would have, and locked core gameplay features behind "perks".

Are pronouns rly stopping you from gaming? Or are you just a fake gamer?

I mean yes you can dislike them, but are they stopping you from playing the game? Are they stopping you from exploring, killing looting, building and all the other things the game has to offer? I dont think so.

Real gamers just play games and dont care about politics in the background or what agenda somebody might be pushing or what hidden message marketing has hidden in the game. Real gamers want to escape reality and all that by entering a fictional world and having fun with basic gaming.

I think most people here are fake gamers. They are social media people who dont want to play or dont even know how to play games, but want to pretend to be gamers for attention. They poison the community with their discussions and make this place look like some open politics forum at an university. This place should only be filled with gameplay related topics. Discussiona about quests, Questions about items, Guides, Bug reports, Hardware discussions and so on.

People comming here and complaining about stuff that has zero to do with the actual gameplay should just stay on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram or whatever place they originated from.

I as a real gamer couldnt care less for pronouns. They are in the game, so what? I can still explore, kill, loot and do quests. It has zero impact on my gameplay. Just go spam and have your discusions somewhere else and leave this place for the real gamers you fakes!
