I love the process of coming up with marginally amusing and possibly edgy monicker for this game.
Niggerfield - A bit too much.
Cottonfield - Clever. Not bad at all.
Garfield - I appriciate the contribution.
Toddfield - I'm pushing this one.

Trannyfield
Are we talking about that clone? That doesn't count right?
That would make Divayth Fyr a tranny-self-fucker... or something?

From what I understand you can make a tranny as the PC through the use of pronouns.
Bruv... that's every game now...
Weird, I haven't played a single game with pronoun options this year. Must be magic.

Stop consooming garbage ESG propaganda. You'll survive the FOMO, I promise.

I need to go run some errands, but I just saved my game in the middle of exploring an abandoned Zero-G casino space station (Zero-G as in the casino was designed to be 0G, not that it has lost power to the gravity generators) and gunfights in 0G are pretty fun so far with your gunfire propelling you in the opposite direction.

All you plebes that couldn't afford to buy the patrician addition should soon be able to enjoy Todd's next big thing. It is pretty fun. A reminder to new players not to linger in New Atlantis when first starting. Only spend a couple hours there at most then venture out.

looks like today's players peaked at 150k, from yesterday's 250k... sooo.. 100k refunds?
Probably not perma refunds. If you can get your $100 back easily then buy it again for less why wouldn't you?
The game is going to sell like crazy and numbers will most likely skyrocket.

jesus christ the noise on steam is incredible, everbody is talking about refunding the game, but I wonder if it will still top BG3's steam player count, despite being on gamepass

I guess we will see tomorrow
Steam forums are always a dumpster fire when a game launches. Armored Core 6 experienced the same with people screeching refund because the first boss was too difficult lol. The noise to discussion ratio is probably like 9 to 1.

Do you still get Steam points for farming reactions on the Steam forums?
I know a popular pastime was to farm clown reactions for easy points to spend in their stupid little shop.

Some of these uenxplored systems are intended for level 40 characters. I'm level 24 and I've nearly finished all the big faction quests in the game, and many city side quests. What the fuck am I meant to do for 16 more levels? I don't know how the game's gonna sustain itself, unless an absolute motherlode of new content is going to suddenly spring up before me at some point.

Do enemy levels even matter? I always feel like I’m fighting enemies above or below my level with no describable difference.

Got to love all the retards that were actually excited for this game. The sooner people realize that RPGs are incompatible with action/shooter combat, the better. The very things that make a shooter or a hack and slash action game fun are mutually exclusive with what makes a RPG combat system fun.
I agree, at least when talking about skills affecting damage output or accuracy. This despite really enjoying Deus Ex. There are other RPG elements you could add, but the whole shooting at bullet sponge gameplay isn't really great, yeah.

Please combine your posts. You can reply to multiple people in a single post. That will also help your team's shilling come across as less irritatingly aggressive.

Also, kill yourself immediately.

Really? Weird. So if you go to a level 40 system at 30 and fight some pirates you should get shredded. I’ll test that out tonight.

yup, I went on a level 16 character to a level 65 system and encountered a level 40 merc there, couldn't put a dent in him and he killed me in like 2-3 shots

The way an activity can get added to your log with minimum explanation about where you got it and what it's about, just because you passed by an NPC that was giving you a "quest hint"... it's QoL functionality like that that they've been working on for 10 years, isn't it?

You can beat enemies that are way higher level than you, you know.

Honestly it's kind of necessary with how the game is absolutely filled with useless decor npcs like "citizens". Super hard to find actual quest giver NPCs now in all the clutter...

Are pronouns rly stopping you from gaming? Or are you just a fake gamer?

I mean yes you can dislike them, but are they stopping you from playing the game? Are they stopping you from exploring, killing looting, building and all the other things the game has to offer? I dont think so.

Real gamers just play games and dont care about politics in the background or what agenda somebody might be pushing or what hidden message marketing has hidden in the game. Real gamers want to escape reality and all that by entering a fictional world and having fun with basic gaming.

Screaming about pronouns and wokeism, in many cases, won't get you banned. Screaming about trannies and negroes will. For me, the exploring, looting, building etc, when being propped up by a bunch of negroes and lesbians, is just not fun anymore. If some half samoan, half black guy with a chicano accent, wants the player to go stop some white criminals at a secret base on a planet, I am not wanting to do that. If you are on this planet, shooting the white baddies, you know you are there at the behest of a statment NPC created by a developer who hates your fucking guts, if you are white/straight/male. Those NPC's that dish out all the exploration quests, the kill quests, the main story quests, are not put there to instill racial harmony and acceptance, they are put there, by people who hate you as a person.
The pronouns, while extremely distasteful and full of venom, and not something I want to support, do not require any development time of note, and can be forgotten about. If every NPC is black/homo/lesbian/strong woman/ without nary a single white dude (except criminals / problem starters / there for the mutt NPC's to laugh at) it can't be forgotten, because eventually you are going to have to talk to them. Even when skipping dialogue (which I detest) the camera zooms in on their face, letting you know, that you have no place in this game unless you align perfectly with the developers ideological view of the future. A universe filled with nothing but shit.

only if you have level appropriate gear, I don't think there are stats in the game, just item scaling. So if you fight a human enemy much higher level than you, he will fuck you up if your gear doesn't match his level afaik

I guess you could go to high level systems and loot chests, dunno if chest loot scales to your level or the solar system level, but might work

You can find some vastly overleveled weapons occasionally, for some reason. And with it you can shred enemies that are 10 levels higher pretty much. Also it seems like none of the gear aside from weapons really matters for combat, weird design choice tbh.
