Insert Title Here Strap Yourselves In Divinity: Original Sin Project: Eternity Torment: Tides of Numenera Wasteland 2 Divinity: Original Sin 2
Praetor when played as Knight-Diplomat is waste of potential you will die fighting anything which is tougher than rats naked beggars; just pump everything in social skills+Lore+Craftsmanship and you will have blast... Would still got Dex 7 though and critical strike as its useful in CYOA part... mainly for running away from trouble.

I've finished the game as House Daratan, destroying both other houses. Guess what, you

Get murdered by the Imperial Guard if you don't use the god. I assume there's a way to ally with them and not have to use Cthulhu?

reading this thread is like walking in a spoiler mine-field. I've managed to keep myself mostly spoiler free for 3 years so fuck it, I'm not reading any of this shit anymore.

Brilliant game and even though I sunk in almost 10 hours now, every playthrough seems unique. Still haven't reached the ending. If you haven't yet buy it now. Well worth the money!

About "quest armor" function
Power Armor has 3 mode , +3 Str mode, +3 dex mod and regen mod (can't unlock 4th mode yet)
I find out that when I switch from Dex mode to Str mode in combat, I still get extra AP from Dex bonus for that turn.
Is this work like intent or just a bug?

Yeah, kinda intended.

What? There are no stairs next to the entrance of the city. There are stairs you walk up to get into the city, and there is a stepladder that leads to an empty room on a rooftop. That's it.

Sorry, I meant ladder. There's a ladder, that goes to the roof of a house with another house on top.

Very fresh game. Quest variety is nice but it would have benefitted a lot from better writing; as is, it breaks the fourth wall too much.

Elhoim,
is there a way to 'win' as House Daratan without using the god?

With a retard like Antidas? Not really :P

Well, there are several "good" outcomes:

- If you didn't destroy HA, you can arrange an alliance and Daratan becomes a vassal and will do well under the new empire.
- If HA is gone, if you don't kill Meru and blow Al-Akia instead, they will be locked in war, which is better than being destroyed by the IG.

Behind the Assassin guild house. The place is full of squatters and contains the "Jellyfish" artifact.

Congratulations on getting this out to market after such a long timeframe, VD, Elhoim, et al. I imagine it's a somewhat bittersweet feeling after so many years.

Have a huge backlog of games to run through or finish at the moment, but bought my copy on GOG anyway so it's there when I decide to dive in. Haven't touched it since the first demo way back when. Looking forward to it.

Made a drifter with 4's in every stat and 1's in every skill to see how far he would get. He couldn't even make it to Madoraan, got a squad of Daratan guards killed with his poor scouting, and was brutally slain by Feng's rival while trying in vain to assassinate him.

The end of Teron and Maadoran can defiantly feel disjointed, with end sliders talking about characters you never met as they are your buddies. It's something I can understand,as it's hard to predict all possible player actions.

The end of Teron was in like 10 minutes of playing without even having the chance to do much around there and there was absolutely no clue why things happened the way they happened.

But I hear there's an awesome skill called game design that could help greatly when you want to create a game and it was sorely missing here.

Quoting literally from the top part of the steam release news post.

Indeed, a very different game because usually games bother to let you first meet persons and experience events before talking about them like you are supposed to know them.

I haven't tried it yet but is there retard dialogue (low INT) available in this?

If not, something to consider for the next game Vault Dweller

The lowest your INT can get in this game is 4, which qualifies as a dumb motherfucker, but not exactly retarded. It's Forrest Gump-level intelligence at worst, so not full-retard.

Ah, if 4 is the minimum I always took it as slightly below average, with 5 being average.

Keep in mind that "average" can still be pretty stupid. The average IQ in the US is 100, the average IQ in Africa is 70.

Well, since 6 is the baseline in this game (no buffs, no penalties) I'm assuming that anything below that is below average. So, 4 INT = Forrest Gump, 3 INT = retarded person, 2 INT = severely mentally retarded, and 1 INT = vegetable.

Likewise, the same can be done for other stats. A person with 3 STR would probably have muscular dystrophy or something, while a man with 9 STR would probably be a champion-level powerlifter, and 10 STR would qualify as "heroic".
