Not a good sale, not a bad sale. Picked up some stuff I was waiting for. Many games I am interested in were 33% reduced, but I only grabbed Northern Journey because I am in the mood for an artsy game, and Jinn liked it a lot.

My haul part 1 :

Just buy it and don't complain for the price, most of us paid more

Bought it at release, and would do so again. It's not the money paid that bothers me, it's the dishonesty. The outright lying.

We're talking about Cleve here right? The guy who told us for almost a decade the tale of the few remaining micro issues?

I mean the wait was a 10/10 fun time and the game almost as good, but there was never complete honesty to be expected.

Lesser-known games that Rusty liked and are on sale:

How does Inquisitor compare to ARPGs like Grim Dawn (which bored me)? I'm not interested in "metas" or farming for rare loot. Maybe I just don't like the genre, but from a distance it seems interesting.

I don't like that either, I played it only for the story. I got 59 hours out of it.
There has been more stuff released for it since then so you might get more time out of it than I did.

It's a lot slower than most games in the genre btw.

It's mediocre, like most WH40k skinned games. I actually like ARPGs and found it boring af. Uninstalled after 2.9 hours, according to Steam.

Never going on sale!

PS - Fuck you Cleveland Mark Blakemore, you lying sack of shit.

Somebody triggered you for eternity in an infinite butthurt that will never die using wordz on the internet. It doesn't really matter what it was that achieved this. The fact that you are this kind of specimen sayz that endocrinal disruptors in the food and water have permanently bent you forever, no saving throw.

There's autistic and then there is critical phase autism where you are talking about a game released 5 years ago angry it has gone on sale. Because reasons. But sanity.

Just started looking at the Steam Awards. I haven't gotten passed the Game of the Year category yet because :what:

I'm not sure whether to laugh or what. How the hell are these the GOTY nominees? I thought that game awards show was stupid.

GOTY nominees: Valheim, New World, Cyberpunk 2077, Resident Evil: Village, Forza Horizon 5.

Well, it's been a particularly shitty year for videogames, hasn't it?

My own game of the year was probably Metroid Dread, but for obvious reasons that can't appear on the Steam list. I had good fun in Valheim while it lasted, it's certainly better than It Takes Two or whatever the fuck designed by committee crap got released this year.

I'd probably vote for Inscryption if it got nominated. It's pretty cool.
