Games from Norway sale! For most of you this will be just another batch of mediocrity to glance over, rather than an indictment of your nation's gaming output. The Longest Journey, Dreamfall Chapters, some dime-a-dozen survival-crafting-multiplayer thing. I heard Owlboy was well reviewed. Big whoop.

Stardock developed games are never worth it, and only few published ones. Namely Offworld Trading Company.
The strength of my convictions were such that while I was in a stupor last night I was presented with a copy of Star Control Origins for $5 and bought it anyway, so I'm going straight to hell.
(also bought ash of gods and expeditions viking. it was some stupor)

Jeff Minter's arcade game collection, Gridrunner and GoatUp:

Gridrunner is a re-imagination of the original that was released on the old 8 bit consoles. And I believe GoatUp is relatively recent creation.

Also his imagination of the urban legend Polybius is coming to PC too:

I need an honest opinion on Let it Die. I saw an (old) video from Super Bunny Hop in which he basically told the game is ok for the first 10 hours than it turns out to be an infinite grind forcing you to spend money just to pass bosses which insta-kill you.
But other people reported that video is outdate and you can complete the game without spending a single € on it if you don't want.
So, where's the truth? I hate grinding, I love games like Dark Souls and microtransactions can die of an horrible death to me, should I bother to try Let it Die?
