How the combat feels? Is it a good Tb system or what? Fun to use? Good diverse options in gameplay? Any attacks of opportunity? Hows the movement - just serviceable or gives interesting options?

I have clicked to attack. Or clicked to move if I haven't had enough action points.

And yeah that's it so far. I'll let you know when I have to do something different.

Also, congratulations people who paid extra specifically to play the beta, you got to do it a day earlier than anyone else. Hope it was worth it.

I paid to help fund the game and get some cool shit in the process.

*shrugs*

Anybody who ever paid for a game for specific and exclusive beta access deserves a special medal for being special in the first place.

I don't blame him, it is a sound business strategy before they pirate the hell out of the game, this way he can get some money to finish up the game. I would buy it in a second if I could in GOG and getting the beta there

I feel like this we'll have Planetary Annihilation situation here.

Edit: By that I mean a bunch of people will whine about the price one way or the other.

Should just charge $25 or $30 for it, then maybe do a few bucks off the early access at Xmas if they want to go cheaper.

Looks really easy from the streams.

I've played for a couple hrs and I've yet to have a character below 1/2 hp in a fight. Mostly only get hit once or twice and that's healed by the time I've finished looting and swapping shit around in the inventory / reading stuff.

So far the character gen, the music and the writing/story and voice over are the best elements of the game.

Sensuki-> On what dificulty You play it?

Wouldnt a flow of incompetent players destroy the purpose of the beta?

Looks really easy from the streams.

In all seriousness, since this is partially what betas are for, perhaps a Codexian representative could create a well-thought/stated thread about difficulty and auto-regen on their beta forum? I am not the one, but perhaps somebody quite unlike hiver could do the trick? Infinitron now is the time to prove you're not just a newsbot!

The auto-regen issue is already being addressed. As for the difficulty, I'm not convinced; seems like there are a lot of people on Fargo's Twitter etc getting their asses kicked a bit.

Actually this is the first time I've heard anybody said that the combat is flat-out easy. I'd have to play the game myself to be sure, of course.

Maybe it's easy by deliberate. Make it easy so all the reviewers give it good reviews ... get more backers

then turn it up for the full release laol troll'd /businessskils
