So, the only way to make the gog version easily updatable is to wait for galaxy integration? Or will the game come with its own update system?

Having to redownload the game each time theres an update is one of the worse things about gog.

I hope it won't be like Divinity: OS again, where I could't play the GOG version because it was always lagging behind at least a week compared to the Steam version.

You have no idea if you missed Divinity Dragon Commander launch on GOG...

This wouldn't be as much of a problem if GOG simply kept their various version upgrade patches instead of dumping them.

You select GOG as your choice on September 19 at the Ranger Center.

Note that the way it works is you get one "primary" digital copy which will be different depending on your reward tier (i.e. Digital Deluxe, Classic, or Standard), but any additional digital copies are just standard (game-only) editions. So, you may want to keep that in mind.

For reference:

Digital Deluxe = the one with all the extras
Classic = Wasteland 2 + Wasteland 1 + OST
Standard = game only

Also for all intents and purposes I am pretty sure the "standard SKU" is actually Classic, Standard is only used for backers at lower tiers or with additional digital copies - all of our digital store partners so far get Classic as their basic edition.

Was there any info when we get our codes from the codex fundraiser?

I think inXile never actually promised any additional codes to people who donated to our fundraiser, beyond what comes by default with the 10,000 dollar tier.

Now that we've reached $10k in donations and Brian Fargo has kindly agreed to give us extra digital copies for those who need one and have donated at least $15 towards the shrine, time to officially make it clear who needs a copy and who doesn't.
I'm confused. :?

Doesn't look like the amount of people who wanted a copy even exceeded 50? So kind of a moot point.
