Im in bit of a trouble here. I need to talk to the dwarf Zolan, the one you can save in the outskirts, but I cant find him. He can be all over the place, either walking the streets or being in random buildings. I marked the quest on my radar and it points to the inn but he is not there neither during the evenings or day. Any suggestions?

Try looking for him around noon in Hairy Bear. Also he sometimes visits his pal Golan Vivaldi and wanders around the streets.

Will try to look during noon, thanks. I tried Golan but he wasnt there. Same with streets.

Somebody mentioned something about igniting camps with that fire sign. Is it possible?

I think that you need him to finish "Destiny of the sword" quest. I found him near hospital. Try to search tavern at morning and midday. Oh, running through the city with ALT button is good way to find him :).

Does anyone know where I can find a certain hookers werewolf boyfriend ? I've had the quest a while now, had a good look around and can't find him or any evidence. I've looked all around the brothel and that map (including random houses) to no avail - is it something that happens later in the game?

Also, any ideas where I can find a 'silver amber' ring for Shani, no one seems to be selling them and I can't get her to accept any other type... Fussy fucking biatch :P

Yes, I know, one of the reasons I can tolerate it more. Sounds like Ultima 7-2, really.

Funny that you moan about the ability to have casual sex and not the ability to kill children in a game.

WTF? You mean making campfires? For this you need this thing... how's it called... ("special-rock-that-makes-sparks")

I had a peek into the walkthrough which was added to my game and there was something about swamp forest... I'm not 100% sure and I can't be bothered to look again SPOILARZOHNOES

Well, you should at least have two of them by now - I remember I got them doing quests (looted from corpses). Go for Triss if you can't find it :)

Not true. As long as you can can engage in combat (i.e., you're in the swamps, or a cave, or Vizima after dark, etc.), you can use the Igni sign to light campfires.

I just saw an unexpected situation in the game. I killed a guard by an accident. The next day when I was leaving a tavern I met a bounty hunter. Yeah, he was chasing me. He told me to pay 1000 and everything will be forget. I refused couse it's a hell lot of money, so he tried to kick my ass. This guy gives about 350 hp hit, so it's insta kill. When he was chasing me he killed every single child he met on his way, I was like "wtf is going on" when I saw that. I don't know if it was a bug but it was so fuckin sick

Children are friendly to you (green names) so that you can't kill one. The enemies tend to attack characters that are friendly to you and thus he attacked the children. All the characters with green names I've encountered so far aren't actually killed but knocked unconcious and rise to their feet after a while.

Wyzima npcs aren't friendly characters, they are neutral. You are talking about situation when you cooperate with an NPC, that's not the same.

Why is every gaming site interpreting witcher as "one who witches"? I always thought it was "male witch", like widower to widow.

So, anybody already collected all twenty cards?

I have 18 cards and I know I've definetely missed one. Also there are 4 cards that are mutually exclusive. You can only get 2 out 4 in one playthrough. That makes 21 cards so there are definetely more than 20.

So it's got replayability?

The whole concept of TW is C&C. From what Ive seen the choises you make have drastic effects. I really have no idea how something would turn otherwhise if I would choose differently because everything is so tied together, both with sidequests and the main quest. Very complex. If DGaider complained about the difficulties of scripting that kobold encounter in SoU, what would he have to say on TW?

I cant believe some of you guys finished the game already. Tomorrow I will spend a gaming free day as it gives me brain AIDS. Geez.
