You can make a copy of the Witcher 3 folder. The game has no DRM and you can start it with just the exe.

Nitpicker's patch is nice, but not even close to the number of fixes that Besserwisser introduced. But then again, they don't care about updating the UI to run at 60fps, so of course they don't care about other stuff as well.

Apparently they also partially added FCR.

FCR has nice features, like being able to see in the dark (it was always stupid that you have to drink a potion, because witchers can see in the dark according to the lore), or not giving guards and some monsters ridiculous stats. But FCR also makes an already easy game even easier. Although that will depend on what features they chose. Overall, a good decision, I'd say.

I don't care about FCR, I'm not touching the game without wghost81's mods (mainly Ghost Mode and Preparations) which I consider absolutely essential.

But- They added a ton of shitty ass mods to the game and called it an upgrade they expect console kiddies to cough up money for? Shieeet, you're right. We The Skyrimer 3 now. 1. It's not meant to. The armor is Chinese and the swords are Korean which are also two new voice overs. It's clearly a nod to Chinese and Korean players.
2. It totally fits. There's a lot more to the Witcher universe than the Northern Kingdoms and Nilfgaard.

No auto-apply oils? I remember finding oils basically useless without it, because applying them manually was way too tedious. Should include that as option in settings I think.
