.44 explosive has been buffed too, it was very underwhelming before this update... all alternative ammunition's more powerful now

It's still pretty weak, but probably at its best with tommy since at least you get a lot of shots.

That would fit more The Abyss Station. Besides some spooky psi ghost bullshit, nothing watches and waits in Utility Tower though it shows possible lack of sunlight and frozen surface so its very interesting from the lore perspective.

You know, for a faction that literally has devil in its name Tchortists are quite cool, likeable NPC, lots of quests and their Institute is the most looking place west of Lemuria. Yeah they keep mutants in their basements, so what? Almost every other basement in South Underrail is filled with mutants. Even serving some tentacle abomination is not as bad in comparison to certain savages worshiping eldritch intedimensional sun devouring demon serpent.

If you play dominating there's a 50% chance of a bonus floor with a boss fight that's really terrible.
If you beat it you get a bonus feat which isn't very useful.

The experience fucking sucks, the boss fight is janky as fuck. And the feat you get is too situational to be useful. I like the arena masters fight better, is a fun fight, you get a fun belt and cool loot. I did the utility tower once, and i always check the PC when i start a playthrough so i can reset it if i see the utility tower spawned.

Shit was more than half of my total documents folder which has folders for something like 50 games in it lol

The thing about utility tower is that it's different from the rest of the game in almost every way. It's pretty much the only place in the entire game where cold resists matter, only place where lighting fires is a core mechanic, it heavily favors tanks (especially sledgehammer tanks, which have the easiest time breaking ice) and heavily punishes glass cannons, the final boss is basically an out of combat fight which is also something that wasn't in the game before.

Personally I think it's a welcome addition, it's clearly meant to address lack of content that makes use of fire and warmed up for the player, the existance of bison armor and situations that favor tanks. Stacking crit chance at 30% HP with SI and spamming tm is not going to save you this time.

You can get 180 quality supersteel metal sheets if you get all the supersteel research drive thingies, no use grinding for leathers above 125

Best expedition leathers can be found in savage sacks, especially those in baenkraster's (bone guy with club) tent. They're totally random, but you may luck out and get wyrm. Don't remember how high they can can go but I think 140 was possible, either way your 125 is pretty close to top regardless.

Fuck, i lost that protein data item for tchortist quest, and i looted that damn lab years ago (im still playing on the same saves, just sometimes i got bored for a year or two), i have no idea where i could put it, or maybe its just a bug that prevents me from gettng that data, either way fuck now i cant finish that quest.

EDIT: Nevermind, i found it in my loot barrel in Foundry, i thought i only had those in Core City but apparently not.

I got a 155 quality leather off Jet Eater once. It's possible he drops higher quality than other wyrms since he's a boss though. Or maybe it's just a coincidence and they all can? Hard to be sure.
Doesn't really matter since if you're using high quality super steel then there's barely any difference in the final product anyway.

Thanks man! I searched the deadlands that i have created and i found 112 Greater Siphoner, 133 Bison, 135 Heartbreaker and whopping 161 Leper Serpent quality skins. Sadly no better Wyrm Scale, though i found the last Bison in whole Black Sea, it somehow evaded my rampage.

Also i just got wasted with Investigator Georgis, now we are brothers... but according to Styg, now to progress i have to either betray Tchrotists or abandon them. How could i do this, fuck you Styg, FUCK YOU.

But you can become mutant if you get exposed to mutagen for example in Abandoned Waterway facility or in a Lower Caves bunker near Dude's Home

Wtf, why plasma beam doesnt work on Tchort?

Anyway, just killed that mass of tentacles and junk. I was too lazy to do the mutagen puzzle and destroy mutagen tanks (i thought that you can only do that with TNT) so after few tries i just kept pounding Tchort with W2C .44 bullets from my handcannon until it exploded. Then i used that elevator and i had conversation with Six, i want to talk about that with Azif but i dont have option to ask him about Six. Is this a bug, can i fix it with hex editing?
