If memory serves, there should be a computer console somewhere in there that lets you open the door. Not sure thoughHow do I sabotage the elevator in the Epione lab without hacking? The fifth load bearing column is behind a hacking 50 garage door...
I don't have enough hacking to use itIf memory serves, there should be a computer console somewhere in there that lets you open the door. Not sure thoughHow do I sabotage the elevator in the Epione lab without hacking? The fifth load bearing column is behind a hacking 50 garage door...
Everything is dead including the chemical fuckersKilling everyone is an option, right?
It will get boring after a while.>tfw critting 9 times a turn for 600+ damage
Just go in blind and go by your intuition. The system actually isn't very punishing in that regard, especially on normal, and you'll likely make do with all but the dumbest builds. Generally speaking, pump the skills you need for combat as much as you can, then put the rest in utility skills as needed.Should I opt for the meta-knowledge (although limited) or is it expected to re-roll several times until I comprehend the positive and negative aspects of character development?
The "feedback" when people say you need meta in order to complete subj was done by literal retards. Meta is for bored fans, try this try that etc. You just pick your prefered wep skill and complementary ones and go through it, have fun.Should I opt for the meta-knowledge (although limited) or is it expected to re-roll several times until I comprehend the positive and negative aspects of character development?
Always go blind for the 1st run otherwise you will have no reference run for a comparison with the future runs because once you play Underrail you will definetly come back to itShould I opt for the meta-knowledge (although limited) or is it expected to re-roll several times until I comprehend the positive and negative aspects of character development?
don't listen to the retards who tell you to go in blind, you'll probably end up with a build that dies in the 2nd area (junktown). many many people quit the game once they realize they have to start overShould I opt for the meta-knowledge (although limited) or is it expected to re-roll several times until I comprehend the positive and negative aspects of character development?
https://www.stygiansoftware.com/wiki/index.php?title=Character_creation#Game_DifficultyYeah, I will try another run blind. Thanks for the answers, gents. But, is the harder difficulty unfair or is it a smart hard difficulty?
You should be fine on Hard and below if you pick one weapon class (as in sniper rifles, pistols, knives, etc) and stick to it. Don't skip out on grenades, traps, drugs and crafting, they're all useful on pretty much any character. Depot A is the main test of your character and your tactical prowess, if you can clear it you'll probably be able to clear the entire game.Should I opt for the meta-knowledge (although limited) or is it expected to re-roll several times until I comprehend the positive and negative aspects of character development?
My first playthrough was Dominating and I absolutely loved it. I went completely blind except for my build and the restarts which were all within an hour or two of play. Dom forces you to get creative but you probably won’t enjoy it if you don’t like using a lot of different consumables and generally avoiding straight up fights in early game

Here's a breakdown for you. Do NOT play on Dominating for your first playthrough is the best advice I can give you. I enjoy it, but lots of people don't (though I suspect that the main reason for that is just that they can't handle death stalkers), and it's designed to be unfair – not something for one's first time.
I'm mid-playthrough rn and haven't gotten to the new are yet. I'm having fun with the new weapon types thoughhttps://www.stygiansoftware.com/wiki/index.php?title=Character_creation#Game_DifficultyYeah, I will try another run blind. Aight, normal it is, then. Btw, did you enjoy this new DLC?
