Also: fuck Xenoforo and fuck Infinitron & his cronies for banning fags & deleting their posts. Which breaks like million links EVERY FUCKING TIME. Top fucking Xenoforo feature.

:decline:

Maybe instead of mass-deleting posts when somebody gets banned / self-ejected, you could've replaced them with pics of hot babes with small tits and big asses, for example? Would've been a massive incline...

BROs.

If some old link doesn't work, 'cuz our groroius management didn't realize initially that using "page number" in links was a bad idea:

Code:
https://rpgcodex.net/forums/index.php?threads/screenshot-thread.72409/page-775#post-4950114

Try making it shorter by going:

Code:
https://rpgcodex.net/forums/index.php?threads/screenshot-thread.72409/post-4950114

or:

Code:
https://rpgcodex.net/forums/posts/4950114

If it still doesn't work, it means that somebody was talking shit about DU's mom and got cancelled.

Also: I'm almost done with OP's update, changelog has 62 lines. Now I only have to fix all broken links found by flyingjohn, check everything again and I'm done.

Welcome to the decline. I miss Ventilator of Doom's news.
We got a chat and shiny buttons in exchange of a harsher/arbitrary management.

Thank you for your continuous job of keeping the classics alive.

Divinity: Original Sin
I'm having trouble believing I was really this dumb 8 years ago, but it looks like I was: I can't find where I've saved the BT2 and BT3 patches. At least they're not where I usually keep my game patches and docs.

I'm going to keep looking, hopefully I just misplaced them and they're in some random directory on a backup drive somewhere.

Fixed. Decided to modify like a thousand of "internal" links (removing 'page#' part), breaking some on the way OFC.

  • Morrowind: OpenMW (source port) --> deuxhero

There should probably be a distinction between source ports and engine remakes.

To do a source port, you need to have the game's original source code, either because it was officially released by the game's developers or because it was leaked by someone.

We don't have Morrowind's source code. OpenMW is an engine remake done from scratch that doesn't use any of the original source code and thus can't be a port of it.

Great idea. Now go through all the 1300 lines and tell me what should be marked as a "source port" and what should be an "engine remake".

Your effort may be wasted on a typical 'Dexer, though, since most of them are too retarded to set up any kind of software, no matter how it's called.
To be fair, that was Retroarch, which seems intentionally unwieldy to use because the devs are drama queens autists who randomly remove the links to their projects for reasons, add Discord support for a fucking emulator, and are probably trannies/insane.

Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Codex Year of the Donut Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Got another dgVoodoo fix. It's for the game Drakensang: River of Time. The game does not work properly under windows 10 and 11. But as usual dgVoodoo comes to the rescue.

Just put the dgVoodoo exe file where the game is installed, also copy all files from MS/x86. It should look like this:
1LB4itT.jpg

Then start the dgVoodoo exe file in the game catalog, go over to the DirectX tab and use these settings:
SsEFE2A.jpg

4x antialasing is optional and not needed, and the reason I have the watermarked filled in is so I can see that the program actually works.

Now start the game as usual from Steam and it should start in windowed mode, if it does just press alt enter for fullscreen. If it works, the game should now let you play and fiddle with the settings without crashing or minimizing.

The reason I'm posting this is because I just bought the game during the sale, and nobody seem to know a solution on Steam, not a good one at least, but dgVoodoo seems to have fixed the issue.

spekkio I was getting a CTD in the menu when trying to run TR3 Lost Artifact (Win 11) after doing all your steps. Here's what fixed it for me:

1. Create a config.txt file with any text editor and put it on the game folder (the game is supposed to automatically create it but it didn't for me)
2. The file should have these values:
DD 0
D3D 1
D3DTF 1
DS 0
DI 0
VM 17
ZBUFFER 1
DITHER 1
FILTER 1
AGP 1
SOUND 1
JOYSTICK 1
MMX 0
SFX 10
MUSIC 10
GAMMA 3.000000
DEFKEY 200 208 203 205 52 53 54 184 157 57 51 82 207 1
USERKEY 72 80 75 77 83 79 54 184 157 57 76 82 207 1

Crucially it's the MMX variable that was causing the crash (default is 1). Setting it to 0 solved my problem. It might take a couple of tries switching back and forth between 1 and 0 for some reason (especially after running the setup argument). Credit:

Also, my gamepad doesn't work in TR3 (default Xbox One pad, Xinput). Can always use a key to joystick mapper (x360ce, joy2key), so no big deal. Here's a helpful post with Xinput joy2key profiles ready for download:

Can anyone help me with increasing the FOV in Sanity: Aiken's Artifact (2000)? It uses the LithTech Jupiter engine, just like No One Lives Forever 1, I tried the FOV commands of NOLF 1, and nothing changed ingame, either in 4:3 or wider aspect ratios. I tried increasing and decreasing the values to see if anything changed and nothing.

Commands are:
"fovx" "106"
"fovxinterface" "106"
"fovyumax" "124"

Here is in 4:3

- 16:9 (vertical FOV is cut off, Vert-):

multipurpose patches / thingies

1. For all intents and purposes Lossless Scaling is better than Integer Scaler. Apart from integer scaling, it can force FSR, has Anime4K, xBR and other filters, a settings menu (IS requires command lines) and some other features. Also, unlike IS, it can correct the cursor speed and size after scaling.
2. You may want to add another wrapper - DXVK. It works like dgVoodoo except it wraps the game to run on Vulkan.
