Question for the VtM aficionados out there: the embrace leads to the subject healing all physical wounds, correct?
Wouldn't this imply that embracing a transperson that has transitioned would have the effect of their body reverting to their biological sex (dick, boobs, whatever grows back) and making any further cosmetic surgery impossible? Vampirism would essentially deny trans people any chance of actually transitioning.
Or if it only heals wounds that occur after undeath it would mean trans-people that had not transitioned before the embrace are fucked.

Of course I do. Everything you are hoping for? Not going to happen. This is a modern action console game alla Vampyr. I guess I'm just that good at noticing patterns. It's not a game made for Codexian vampire LARPers and people who DM VtM games over the internet (like I've been doing recently, lol).
It doesn't heal wounds that have already healed. They can also use Vicissitude to change whatever they want. Become a genderless alien like that one dude wanted.

I am not hoping for anything. All of it was described as actual in-game features and design goals. If it turns out they are too incompetent to implement much of what they've planned or that they are lying is currently immaterial. You can't back up what you're saying and are just being full of shit for the sake of it.

No, I'm being realistic. Being gullible and hoping for the almost impossible is pointless. We know the industry, we know the patterns, we know recent developments and we know the audience. We can extrapolate a lot from that alone.

I am not excited AT ALL
I loved Bloodlines. So much that I read a large part of the VtM 2nd/Revised Edition source books after playing the game. Thus I found out that VtM was a really cool RPG and Troika had already raped the lore pretty hard to make it more mainstream. E.g. the Anarchs basically being portrayed as the good guys, a community where vampires care about each other (LOL) etc.
Man, I would LOVE an RPG based on a faithful adaption of the world described in VtM 2nd/Revised Edition. That would be the darkest and most depressing RPG ever. I mean you gotta love an RPG where your character is doomed from the start and the only question is which kind of miserable end he will meet.
Really VtM 2nd/Revised had such an awesome gloomy, nihilistic feel to it.
That is of course completely at odds with trying to make a game which is supposed to be "inclusive", where you don't want to "punch down", etc. Like WTF? VtM vampires love punching down! Using, abusing, and manipulating everyone they can, which logically are usually weaker people/vampires. In a proper VtM RPG there shouldn't be justice, social or otherwise. And "power fantasy" pretty much describes the mindset of every older vampire. It is a very strong theme in the books that humans and young vampires are nothing but pawns in the power games of the older vampires who couldn't care less about them. Who don't care about anybody. In fact everything in the world of VtM is supposed to be a con, everyone is supposed to be a manipulated pawn of an even more powerful vampire, all the way up to the Antediluvians.
Like in that world e.g. "Black Lives Mater" protesters would be nothing but ignorant pawns of some vampire who cooked up the whole movement as a scheme to somehow increase his personal power / attack an enemy. All seemingly "higher causes" are supposed to be cons. The source material implies that even the sects are a con. That the truly powerful vampires don't give a shit about "Camarilla" or "Sabbat". And that they run everything, including those sects.
There is also the little issue that you only care about things like race and gender if you still have some humanity left. These things are meaningless to mature vampires. Yet I pretty much expect in this game some Camarilla Prince will tell you how she had to scheme three times as hard to reach her position because she is a womyn of color. I mean I guess they are called "Princesses" now. Note that in the 2nd edition female Princes are called Prince too - which makes perfect sense according to the lore because a vampire's gender has become meaningless at that point. Really, no vampire of notable power would care about this, our about any SJW cause. Being a victim is not a virtue to VtM Vampires. They want to victimize others! They see nothing wrong with it! They are monsters!
But again, in this game I can already see Latinx Anarchs breaking through White Camarilla Trump's Wall to help illegal immigrants to find a better life in the US. And one of your companions will probably be a "vampire-vegan" who only consumes period blood and only if the donor signs a consent form first.
Tl;dr: SJWs cannot possibly make a good VtM game. It is going to be a complete shitshow which will be nothing like the Old World of Darkness I loved.
Note: I read the source books over 10 years ago so maybe I am misremembering something.
