Michael Sheen makes a pretty good werewolf too. And Bill Nighy a great old vampire scenery chewer.

Hey and Kevin Grievoux, the writer, was great too with his deep growling werewolf.

Casting was good, mood was great, story was minimally competent which is rare for such films despite the meh ending, so all in all, a success IMO.

First Underworld has a plot thinner than institution grade tp. Without a latex catsuit in it, who'd bother watching? It's got nothing on Blade II.
It's got a latex catsuit.

Blade II has early 2000s edgy costumes, vampire commandos, mutant vampires and Ron Perlman. And it's more entertaining. Underworld is basically a romantic tale about a vampire princess who uncovers a dark secret, falls in love with a slave (werewolf) and repels an unwanted suitor.

Meanwhile...

Typical example of mental illness brought on by being canceled and stabbed in the back by one's supposed friends. Although, to be fair, Mitsoda was already mentally ill.
Suppose he's doing better than our good friend Avellone who's currently on suicide watch.

Mitsoda was already mentally ill

Any evidence of that?

I’m a pretty private person - press and crowds tend to heavily trigger my social anxiety (which, if you’ve ever wondered about the gloves, they are “armor” that make me feel less exposed in situations that trigger my anxiety).
That's nothing, though. Just a personal limitation.

Nothing to do with the type of crazyness linked to retarded beliefs that destroy lives.

Calling someone with anxiety "mentally ill" is about the same level of stigmatization as calling someone "diseased" when they have a cold.

Depends on how acute the state and where exactly on the anxiety spectrum. Some people get debilitating panic attacks. Wearing gloves to avoid muh anxiety is fucking crazy regardless.

Ah, I see the problem. You were diagnosed with mental illness and you still can't get over it so I triggered you.

Look, you're right, some people like to exaggerate. You're also only SLIGHTLY homosexual but I'm still going to call you a fucking FAGGOT. Get better soon!

From what I've seen Mitsoda doesn't act like someone with social anxiety.
