That was also the case in the Hardsuit Labs version of the game, but there it was part of a story of the Ventrue under "Prince Cross" supplanting the Toreador.
It seems Prince Cross turned into "JJ Campbell" in TCR's version.

I think the Nosferatu are no longer as disgustingly ugly as the earlier versions and don’t automatically break the masquerade.
I didn’t notice the Lou Graham shift from Grand, and I’m curious why they shifted her from Toreador to Ventrue.

Though in CR's defense Tolly's written as an anomaly. Makes some sense that the court Nos is pretty. The other Nosforatu still looks normal.
Is that a post-requiem retcon? They used to be completely hideous and obviously inhuman-looking. A nosferatu violates the masquerade simply by letting xirself being seen by mortals.
