Here's a lossless PNG version

Also a better version of the other screenshot (not lossless, but better)

I like how it looks overall, but why is it so blurry? It looks like that top picture has a blur filter on it.

The pic on top seems to have jpeg artifacts. (check where it says M1-1 Carbine)
I saw! It's weird. I got it as a TGA file, and converted it to a PNG. Both have those artifacts, so I dunno. Eh, it's high-quality enough, we'll deal.

PS: DoF is on in those shots. It can be toggled off.

I suggest you take pictures with the filters-that-only-look-good-in-motion off.

Seven-day-a-week crunches + 2.5 more weeks at best = big problems. I'm giddy just thinking about it.

It's not a "Depth of Field" when everything is blurred  Unless it's done in relation with the UI which is on the first plan but that's just hilariously stupid. Right now it reminds me of the GTA IV blur effect to hide the complete lack of in-game antialiasing.

The DOF BN is talking about is on the rocks in the foreground in the outdoors screenshot. The indoors one is just a blurry as hell screenshot, probably resized from a smaller one.

Oh, go soak your head in a fucking toilet for pity's sake.
What? He's giddy about playing the beta. #1 fan.
Watching, not playing.

Best case scenario: Everyone hates it a lot, Fargo has no choice but to silently borrow money from Torment to extend Wasteland 2's development to fix it with the intention of paying it back with the profits, but that day never arrives because it's too much of a mess, either both games get canceled or Wasteland 2 is eventually pushed out the door in desperation to incredible disappointment.

This is the best case scenario?! What's the worst case scenario? Fargo ends up penniless and Josh Sawyer hires him as a human table so he can make ends meet?

And the worst case?

Worst case: Mediocre with a lukewarm reception. This is probably the most likely outcome.

I don't think it will be ready in 2.5 weeks, it will either be handed out before Christmas regardless of remaining bugs, or it will be a next year thing.
