the thing that bothers me the most is how blizzard glorifies being passive and emotional. all the male characters are crybabies who go emotional everytime they're on screen. i do understand the importance of not bottling feelings, today is more accepted that men should cry etc. but back when i was a kid that was a sign of weakness. but the problem is the whole gloriying aspect, as Axel_am pointed out with Ebyssian becoming the earth warden. the chracters in wow now (mostly the men) are way too passive and as we say here "walking on eggshells" they're too afraid to be "toxic" or to be agressive.Blizzard: Hey let's finally put a bow on the Worgen origin story. Should we make it about Genn finally calling his people home to retake it from the Forsaken that still infest the city? Oh you're right we can't have consequence and bitterness between races anymore let's just dig up the Scarlet Crusade again. Oh and let's have Calia Menethil and the Forsaken help the Gilneans, I'm sure they'd be happy to accept help from the group that killed their families and blighted their land. It doesn't make sense? It doesn't have to we're only doing this to emasculate one of the last remaining strong male characters and make a heavy handed statement about his wall.
Just remember that Illidan will return at some point. King Chud himself surely has a danger hair target on his back.
