The Japanese play it on Xbox because there's no Japanese language option for the PC version. Also, there's a challenge that comes from the Official Xbox Magazine that has exclusive items. Not really worth it in my opinion, but it is still worth mentioning.

Not really worth mentioning when you can just mod in whatever items you want on PC.
