It's not like mentioning Tolkien and Lord of the Rings where people care and respect Tolkien. I played FR when I was younger, most TTRPG tables aren't going to have this kind of relentless horniness on display even if adult themes are present in the setting and there's no need to include every aspect of it in a video game if it doesn't contribute to the narrative. Like I said I like the game, probably one of my favourite RPGs from the last decade, but this aspect is really wearing thin now I'm in Act 3 and I think it's a reasonable criticism.
