How do you crop all these avatars automatically? They have different sizes and shapes.

Find the first and last non-transparent X and Y coordinates.

That's sensible and I actually proposed exactly that ages ago. DarkUnderlord insisted that he wants quote pyramids. I don't think anyone ever made a poll about this.

As for the numbers, I thought Twiglard fixed that?

Quote pyramids are excellent IMO. Nobody ever died from reading too little.

You don't care => you ignore the quote pyramid.

You care => you REALLY appreciate the quote pyramid.

Don't think the above is controversial to anyone who's uses forums for any length of time.

It works as long as your browser advertises 650px of horizontal space. The full page list won't fit within less than that. It barely fits on my Mi A2 in landscape mode.

Oh, and you can click within the center of the small nav box to adjust the page.

Yup, couple a minutes batch job. Well, unless you screw up with the output folder/file structure. Take backups.

Yep. You need to expand on desktop as well.

Rather neatly solves the issue in my opinion.

Would be great if auto-expanding could've been turned on in the settings or make quote height a bit bigger. Right now you have to click almost every time if you want to see to what user answering to etc

That one is an ISPOILER use SPOILER for the old style.
