Looking forward to this and seeing what kind of performance I can get with DLSS3 frame generation and optimized settings at 4K. Who knows what settings they're running in the video.

Nice ratings cope.
I said it before. Original raytracing implementation still used weird dynamic static GI. So it was very weird in how it worked. On some scenes it improved quality of image by leaps and bounds like inside of cars but on other hand in places like clubs etc. you could hardly see it working at all where you think it should work the most and change scene the most.
It was similar with sun. You could see it in some places casting proper GI but in some scenes it was tuned down/switched off. It was really weird implementation that had to use underlying baked GI for realtime to latch on.
That being said. Full path tracing ? In modern game ?
3090 is doing about 40fps at 4k with all raytracing and DLSS. With path tracing i fully expect something like 10fps maybe even less on 3090. 4090 has double power and improved raytracing hardware so it is possible for it to reach 30fps in that mode and double framerate with dlss3 which gives you locked 60.
I think it should also solve the issue i was talking above. With original GI removed completely as well as cubemaps it should look a lot better in places where previously raytracing doesn't seem to change much scene.
