That's not actually a bad list.

300 mods. Who the fuck has time to install this shit? More to the point, if you need 300 mods to make the game enjoyable, it's not a game worth playing.

How hard would it be to add more operations like the Hanako rescue and Arasaka raid? There are like two heists in the entire game. Copy/pasting a bunch of cameras and guards can't be that hard, right? It feels exactly like MGSV where they nailed the gameplay and then forgot to put in any content

Also the dystopia doesn't go far enough. They should have made it like Demolition Man where you're constantly getting fined for saying naughty words or punching journalists so there's a money sink other than buying extra Batmobiles

Yes probably my biggest problem with the game is that Night City isn't as dystopian and... William Gibsonisque as it should be. But I guess this is 2077 NC and like LA has been much gentrified since CP2020. Even NC in Edgerunners is more Android Netrunner than classic Netrunner.

Cyberpunk's best version was the release one. I will never forget getting locked inside a skyscraper during a side quest and having to scale down the building from the top. Unironically one of my fondest memories while playing the game.

I keep reposting this, and if people actually look into the mods, mainly in the Gameplay section, they will answer their own questions. Instead everyone makes the same low-effort posts about boob mods. Well, there you go, that's why your Cyberpunk experience is so much inferior, you are too lazy to install the mods even when someone hands you a tested out mod list.
My modding list. I keep things divided into rough categories, helps me visually locate them easily in the JSGME. The three- or four-digit number after the name is the id you can fill in in your browser address bar to find the mod directly. You can quickly check what each mod does this way. I've also marked the important things:

Mod about car combat also adds calling for enemy gangs. So if you start fight and don't put down "calling" dudes soon you have cars rolling in with more enemies.

It is actually great mod. Because if you start fight and don't care about those calling you usually have enemies on your back.

Yeah I had a half-run a while ago and really enjoyed that call-in thing from that mod, and the mod that lets you craft robot buddies. There are quite a few difficulty tweaks that can make the game as tough as you like (I like it tuned so that even early mobs present some threat throughout the game, but fights aren't so hard that casual encounters get tiresomely long).

AwesomeButton's list is a good 'un (though I'd be aware to keep abreast of mod development, things can occasionally change fast in the world of CP2077 modding, and will probably change a lot with the DLC).

Of course the call-in mod is a mod, not like tightly intergrated with the game, so the way enemies spawn in is sometimes hilarious.

Is there a difficulty tweaker that improves the enemies, changing their ais, giving them abilities and etc, not interested in plain damage scalers, but doesnt transform them into massive damage sponges? I heard about the enemy overhaul mod but by what I've seen on gameplay, enemies just take forever to take down.

cdpr should take cues from Watch_Dogs 1's open world and just add more random events so things don't feel dead. this shit was awesome and even affected your reputation. either W_D1 was underrated or every game since has been even worse

The game has a ton of random events already. For example, I was walking down Diamond street yesterday when I heard a loud ticking, and then 4 seconds later a car on the street BLEW UP. No gangs or enemies in sight. Also on my way to meet Judy on the Dam, a choom was chasing a chick who was running away from him screaming.

Even some non-random stuff happens and is pretty cool. For example there's the two chooms that start shooting eachother on Jig Jig street (perhaps a subtle Baldur's Gate 2 homage?) and yesterday after I dropped off Nancy this vending machine starts talking to me as if I was Malk in Bloodlines.

Cyberpunk has the best soundtrack of any franchise. It's actually unreal how good the OST is. Would be nice if the DLC adds new content to the radio

Don't worry. A DJ by the name of Sasha Grey has been hired for the job.

I wouldn't play vanilla Cyberpunk without Blackwall's rebalance of player and enemy damage. The other mods are also a great accompaniment to it. Just sit down one weekend and go through the gameplay and QOL sections of my mod list.

Im playing with this mod right now using a stealth build and aerial takedown went from my least used ability to my favourite one due to large of amount of enemies that can break out of your chokehold and fuck up your stealth. Enemy spotting time is also increased so optical camo is a must when I never used it in vannila and if you get spotted without eliminating large amount of enemies its over.

:despair:
I envision that one of the mini-dramas that will emerge with Phantom Liberty's release will be that the mainstream outlets will... explode (hehe) over the news that it's possible for V to fuck Sasha Grey in a modded PC game.

I can imagine Sasha trying to insert herself (heh) into the news over the drama, mods being reported on the Nexus, etc.

Taking down mods won't be much help since the Appearance Menu Mod is all you need to summon characters, assign them animations, or swap the player character model for other character models, and from there onwards you just enter photomode and assign photomode poses (which you've downloaded). So I don't think machinima porn with Sahsa Grey is avoidable. Just waiting for the drama to start at this point
