It's interesting how he named cities in which he worked. Just as if some fat businessman would look at profile and think "I don't know if that game was good or not, but if the company has HQ in prestigious LA Metropolitan Area then it must be good, I will hire "

Only one of those companies has their HQ in the LA area. I don't think Chris is trying to impress anyone, listing the location in which you worked is a standard practice. Without it a potential employer may be led to believe that he was willing to relocate or travel and send him an offer that ends up being a waste of both parties' time.

now that microsoft owns everything or almost everything what kind of games do you want to see from the blizzard side of things maybe a new warcraft rts or starcraft rts
I think MS has a lot of cleaning up to do with regards to ATVI, so not sure what's going to happen there. I'm actually more excited about Playstation titles, to be honest (God of War 2 and Horizon: FW both look great)

More excited about a game his wife is working on (understandable) and one to which he personally contributed. :M

Oh, Chris. I was thinking being nearly driven to suicide because of cancel culture would help him see things more clearly.

It's such a dysfunctional mess that something does in fact need cleaning.

It's ok, his wife doesn't think he's married either.

It’s common knowledge that creative works transcend their creator(s). No one author can foresee all possible interpretations of their work. Any honest writer of any calibre will tell you the same thing as Avellone.

Avellone's the creative midwit who fooled a bunch of people into thinking he was smarter than he actually is.
How could he fool anyone? The writing in Planescape: Torment isn't exactly subtle. It's quite clear what themes he was exploring. People like it because it's interesting and fun.

A lot of people on the Codex circa the 00s thought he was the smartest rpg writer ever.

And Robert Kurvitz.

Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Codex Year of the Donut Pathfinder: Wrath
Virgin Chris Avellone: puts a wise woman seer in every game, probably a feminist agenda.
Chad Jösh "Genocide" Sawyer: puts glöryfication of sexual slavery in IWD1 and glöryfication of racial pürge in IWD2.

More accurate take: Chad MCA lets you abuse your girlfriend in PST and KotOR2 and lets you bang all the chicks in Alpha Protocol with no restrictions.

Chrise Avellone loves Wise Seer Women more than Miyazaki loves witches and young girls reaching adulthood through hard honest work.
