Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is. Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Pathfinder: Wrath I'm very into cock and ball torture I helped put crap in Monomyth
From the interview, Brian might speak PR speak, but you can still imply from his answers that he isn't happy with the end result. It's all about reading between the lines. Like Prime Junta said, they can't openly admit something like that, though. They (Brian and George) are probably happy with many things, but are well aware about flaws in the game. I won't attack Colin like some people like to do, but he's more in denial than anyone else.

So hasn't Inxile banned the Codex?

EDIT: Yes, I'm that guy that already took two shots and arrived to the party late, wondering where everyone went.

Also, my question is how much Fargo pay that piece of shit, New Doritos pope, Vault Dweller to post his aids-infested review of Wasteland: 2.

That positive review of Wasteland 2 makes perfect sense given that it's just grognard-y feeling enough to hit an old timer (that is, "playing crpgs in the 80s" old) right in the nostalgia.

Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire
If "grognardy feeling" games are characterized by the disjointed nature of their systems and terrible itemization with random junk loot from seemingly randomly located containers (generated by an algorithm, or something? hard to believe people did that), then I could agree.

They are trying to sell a product, and this product stands or, as the case may be, falls, on its writing.
Writing aside, I'm still not entirely convinced that putting a console game with pegi rating 16 on the market is the best idea, if said came contains any gay content. Young console players are often playing these games on TV in living room, with their parents seeing what's going on the screen, and I'm highly positive that parents happy to see their young kids role-playing a character with gay haircut and womanly facial features gently massaging anuses of supernatural beings are in minority.
