On a more serious note - it's the matter of taste. Art might include nudity, there's nothing wrong with that if it's a good art. Same applies to porn, really. Don't be a prude.

That said, obviously if the game have absolutely nothing to do with the human beaty, relashionship and anything to actually relate said nudity/sex than of course including something like that would be innapropriate. But it's not a subj case, naturally.
