Aeaeae I'm trying to play this game in COOP with friend but we keep getting Connection Failed no matter what we do and Google thus far has been very unhelpful. ._.

Anyone who've possibly had the same issue and managed to solve it, how did you?

Edit: Do anyone know the max size of a map? i tried creating a 8388608 zone did not work... Then i went down to 20000 still to large i guess? Hmm but its possible to make lots of small areas and create new terrains for each one of them?

There have to be transitions but I don't think its been shown on any o the streams. And the 1st 2 tutorials certainly don't cover it. I've just been messing with the terrain editor and wall maker and crap tying to figure stuff out. The cow simulator mod is so incredibly basic that it doesn't offer real help. And the main game is so huge it is hard to figure out what they did without spoilers galore.

I'm also getting crashes/errors when I select some buttons. Not sure if its from the editor or because I haven't done something in the mod setup.

Oh well I am sure we will get some better info either from them or someone. Eventually.

He just happens to be immune to every spell which I picked at start, except one that does like 5 physical damage. I keep using that spell whenever I can and punching him with my cleric cause I broke her weapon trying to destroy all the vases I came across. After a while I finally kill him.

It's only the tutorial boss and I already found it a lot more enjoyable, unpredictable and challenging fight than all of the "epic"dragon battles in Dragon Age. GOATY 2014 for sure.
TBQH that sounds fucking awful but I'll have to see it for myself.
Because he was suicidal and destroyed his weapons on chests. Otherwise these archers are much harder than the main "boss". I actually hated you can't just talk with him.

I like how the mmorpg review is pretty much all praise, but they still give it an 82.
Sorry for the inconvenience mmorpg reader but those premium spots for over 9.0 scores were already reserved by Activision, EA, 2k, Square Enix and Ubisoft as they are premium users of our services. Maybe next month there will be a spot that Larian could buy but I can't promise you anything as Activision is deciding when they are going to release the next CoD, you know, they want to reserve a spot. I will see what I can do... but over 9,5 is already sold out, there were two left but you know... Microsoft already bought the spots for Halo 6, 7 and 8 and EA already bought the last ones for Mass Effect 4, 5 and 6. If you want, send me Swen email and we can make a deal if someone give up on the last minute but warn him that we don't deal on euros.

Boss dies, but comes back as a ghost. Suddenly I'm doing 0 damage to him. After a few turns I thought that maybe he's immortal and I should run away from him or pull some lever or something, so I teleport him away from my mage. He falls and takes damage. "Hm, so you can kill him" - I thought. He just happens to be immune to every spell which I picked at start, except one that does like 5 physical damage.

You must have an interesting combo of characters, since he got introduced in the beta, I killed him 3 times without much problems, the last time yesterday in the release version.
He didn't seem particularly resistant to melee, arrows or fire spells, anyway.

That reminds me of when Dragon Knight Saga kept getting 85/100 (or 8.5/10) everywhere. I think more than half of the reviews had that score. It was actually pretty funny, in a sad sort of way.

No official patch notes yet but according to German forum users it unlocks German Sprache.

meanwhile there is no release day in sight for gog version for people who missed kickstarter. wonderful.

and since i'd rather burn my computer than install that valve's shit turd piece of drm-ware i'l have to resort to different meanings of playing the game. god damn it larian! :decline:

I really like how the magic isn't simple DPS or CC junk we get in MMO.
Too bad melee is a little boring.

Finally playing it too. And what can I say, I'm excited like a child on christmas eve right now. :bounce::bounce::bounce::bounce:

I'm starting with a battlemage and a rogue (hope the rogue is worth it), Luke and Leia.

If anyone else is wondering, you can get rid of that annoying blue frame around them with the button above TAB (no, for German keyboards that's not tilde).
No stuttering on the intro movie and playing smooth on ultra with screen space reflections and I have quite an outdated system (AMD Phenom II X3 3,3 GHz with unlocked 4. core, EAH6850 with 1GB, 4 GB RAM, no SSD, nothing special really).
I like the interface now, much smoother and more responsive than when I tested the alpha for maybe an hour a couple of months back.

This gonna be fun fun fun!

Combat animation...eh...whole animation in general needs to be sped up.
It's very tiresome to watch outside combat spamming of fire spell etc ...
I know it's beautiful but after seeing it cast 5th time, I don't really relish watching it over n over.

Too bad melee is a little boring.

Have you tried rogue melee? I find it very satisfying. Melee starts out slow but definitely improves at higher levels. Still, I have to admit that magic feels like king.

Funny how people found the zombies difficult. I completely steamrolled them.

The trick I used was persistent burning surfaces. (Midnight oil plus flare). Leave the zombie standing in one of them, get some fire protection on your thief, then backstab. Every melee attack that makes them spew poison immediately ignites them for additional damage.
