Well, this solves my problem with Larian Vault not wanting to issue me my GOG key. I don't think I want it any more. Thanks, CDP and GOG!
Did you put your code into the Kickstarter field at the beginning, when you made the profile?Btw, even after the new 1.2GB patch i still don't have my talking underwears![]()

are you not a backer? you should get gog key, no?
Nope, I'm being punished for playing for 55 minutes on Steam Early Access:Yes, if you are a backer, then you can download it from GOG
I keep coming back later, but nothing changes.Larian Vault said:If you have alpha or beta on Steam but you want the final release on GOG, please come back later to change your Steam key into a GOG key.
Play on Steam now, convert to GOG once GOG stops being retarded about it?Well, this solves my problem with Larian Vault not wanting to issue me my GOG key. I don't think I want it any more. Thanks, CDP and GOG!

Yep.Play on Steam now, convert to GOG once GOG stops being retarded about it?
Yes, i rock.Did you put your code into the Kickstarter field at the beginning, when you made the profile?
That's actually normal, you only get one trunk per game.I got my trunks okay - but the other co-op player didn't, and we're both with KS Codex Editions.
random loot is not as bad as scaling loot. if you level enough you'll eventually craft items that will be impossible to equip because of their attribute requirements (unless they fixed that in the couple last patches).I'm loving the game so far, except for a single feature that really feels out of place to me: random loot.
I think it's an absolute mismatch for this kind of RPG.

Yeah, it took about an hour to get that DL going for some reason. You'll get it, in any case. Weird thing with the trunks and such, though.Did you put your code into the Kickstarter field at the beginning, when you made the profile?Btw, even after the new 1.2GB patch i still don't have my talking underwears![]()

Crap, put in the code, no 1.2 GB download for me, no DLC available, no trunks. Poor me. Oh well, they'll fix that, too.
One thing you could try is restarting steam, by the way.
Weird. Anyway, it's some weird Steam buggery - got the code working fine right away, then a pretty long delay til getting the specials. One thing you could try is restarting steam, by the way.
Bah, like I didn't try that already![]()
I don't think this release date delay is necessarily all on GOG tbh. Larian wanted Galaxy in place to make patching easier and posted that comment yesterday that "we expected Galaxy support at launch". Now GOG are offering the download to backers but not selling to non-backers until Galaxy launches (and not really clarifying matters).Yep.Play on Steam now, convert to GOG once GOG stops being retarded about it?
Although I'm tempted to ditch GOG altogether here, because of their stupidity regarding release.
Unfortunately, no. But I doubt it is going to happen before their summer vacation, so I would expect later July at the earliest. Probably more like August.Has there been any mentions on when the companions will be patched in?
We will release Divinity: Original Sin in the next few days.
GOG said:We'd like to make sure that our reasons for delaying Divinity: Original Sin are clear. The game has multiplayer features to play with friends online. In the future, we will be supporting such multiplayer features in new games thanks to GOG Galaxy (and bringing you more games along the way), however, as of today we do not provide multiplayer backend and components for games.
We did not believe it would be fair to offer you a version of Divinity: Original Sin that does not include these features, we also, without a doubt, underestimated the number of people who would want to play the game regardless. We wanted to make sure that the GOG.com community gets the complete Divinity: Original Sin experience.
Guys, your voices have been heard. We have to admit that we should have done it differently!
We will release Divinity: Original Sin in the next few days. We are working on the Windows version of the game right now and waiting for the Mac build to arrive. The version of Divinity: Original Sin that will be available for sale, will be complete content-wise, and will allow for local/direct-IP multiplayer, but will come without the online matchmaking component and game auto-updating, which will be introduced as a later updates.
Please bear with us and sorry for not providing full explanation in the first place[\quote]
