How do you activate split screen mode? I only have one controller though.
It's under options -> game -> all the way down to the bottom and check force split screen (I think, haven't actually tried it myself). While you are at it, uncheck camera shaking.

butchy you are fast losing your few remaining supporters. Quit the edgy talk and comprehend the situation as is:

- Game sold well enough to exceed their expectations
- Said sales could still not amount to a capital adequate for them to finally create the "Big" RPG they dream of
- Having a previous publisher literally asking them for it, they thus went ahead and made console versions. More capital, free for us (PC players), more service; As concurrently with the re-porting an enhancing was made
- Zero disrespect towards original target audience (us again, the PC players), as can be seen from the new UIs, gameplay, mechanics, simultaneous releasing, etc (if Microsoft reneged and pre-released on its own, hardly Larian's blame)

Chill or get the fuck out. Seriously. There's criticising, and then there's bitching. Wrong site to do the latter.

I don't care how much support I have or not. I never have an never will. That is the wrong argument to make to me. And I'm also getting really tired of people with their fucking edgy and cuck and incline. Shut the fuck up with that shit.

You can see no disrespect towards pc gamers, but I see it completely different.
If their big rpg is a console game, which I suspect since ConsoleSven prefers consoles over pc, I don't want it to ever be made.

Guess what, every other point you made can apply to WL2, and they still managed not to fuck pc players.

How did inXile magically do this? I'll tell you - on purpose. Why did Larian not do this - they want to be console developers like Bethesda and Bioware.

So, your starting assumptions are:
- there can not be any PC or Windows specific problems (the keyboard and mouse UI, etc)
- if anything is worth fixing or changing with the Windows version, the console version must be horribly broken
- it is not common practice to work on games after they go gold, for a day 1 or post release patch
- it is not common practice to continue working on games if different platforms are finished at different times

Is that about right?
Are you equally critical of all games that have ever gotten patches? That makes them even less ready than games that are worked on right up until release..

I'm wondering why you fucked pc gamers real good right in the pooper. You could have shown us respect and appreciation but decided not to.

Also, I'm sure most of Larian were focused on console patches and not pc patches, or pc was such an afterthought that it required a lot more work leading up to release versus the console versions. I'm assuming wannabe console developers are going to focus on the console experience and patching the consoles.

Yeah you are right. Man, that was disappointing as hell. Was looking forward to it as well.
Well it's justified because the game's UI thankfully is different between controller and KBM setups. They probably didn't want to mix them up and have people complain.

Well honour mode seems fun so far, I got rekt in a newbie dungeon (figured there might be some useful shit, since you only got 1 save and all) by a Ragequin or whatever the hell his name is. Not sure about how everything else compares to vanilla yet, loading might be faster, but i'm not downloading another 10gb through steam to check.

On a side note, failing first aid 5 times in a row with a 90% success chance is just.. :negative:

Probably do a honour mode run first which undoubtedly will end sooner rather than later (does it delete your save in case of a tpk? just for the extra oldskool hardcore-ness)
and then a tactician run, skipping all dialogue and just trying out the encounters

Finished dling now, will do tactician first for sure. And honor mode does delete your save iirc.

Mine also crashes on launch but it doesn't even give me a black screen. Anyone having the same issues? I really wanted to play it.
I switched to fake fullscreen mode and now it works.
I also changed graphics to 2nd-highest instead of highest (ultra?), and I turned off v-sync.

oh and mine didn't crash at start. It crashed after character creation.

Playing with a controller now and IMHO it plays great! Tried the same with Wasteland 2 and I had to go back to keyboard+mouse after like a minute. Got the graphics set on ultra, game looks awesome and runs smoothly. Whereas with WL2, I have to keep the game looking like shit and it still runs like shit!=(

Oh Wasteland 2... WHY WON'T YOU LET ME LOVE YOU!?

Pathfinder: Wrath
Died 2 times from the orcs + humans on the beach in tactician mode :incline: Voice acting is pretty terrible though. Almost all of the voice actors ham it up to the extreme.

So far I love tactician mode. I died in the very first fight, and had to load a couple of times during other encounters. I'm now in Cyseal again, going to find some party members. Lone Wolf characters + tactician mode might be too much for me, although I wouldn't be surprised if it's the best option again for absolute min/max champions.

Not playing the game for a long long time makes me really love the combat again. Hopefully the EE keeps it interesting a bit longer than vanilla..

What the fuck? You are the absolute worst kind of scum there is. People who plug controllers into PCs are just as bad as pedophiles. Plugging a controller into a PC is the same exact thing as sticking your penis into a two year old boy's little innocent baby bum.

I hope you go to jail and get shived by normal, decent criminals you filthy abomination.
