Yeah I stored them away. They're obscenely strong for when you get them. One even sells for a shitload of gold.

Man, I accidentally finished the game and now I can't go back and finish the side quests, only the NG+ remains.

P.S.:
am I the only one who found duchess questline to be utterly fucking stupid, forced and pointless?

Finally started playing it for a bit, made a mage and my pawn a warrior.

But I fucked up my pawn's voice so bad. Ah well.

Getting loads of CTDs too.

Just remember to finish those missed sidequests your second time around, whether on NG+ or a new NG playthrough.

Right, her character is extremely irritating, so after finishing these quests on my first playthrough, I ignored her entirely on my second playthrough, and on my third playthrough
after paying Aelinore enough attention in the garden to get her first quest, I let the Duke choke her to death, which allows you to finish that quest but obviates the second quest.

Hang in there. I almost restarted the game myself to redo the voices, but there's a barber in the main city who can do some tonsil work and change your voice or your pawn's for just a few coins.

Aye, heard about that.

Also not sure about my vocation, mage is fun, but it looks way more fun to be more up front in battle.

I generally like playing a tank character so I guess I will switch to fighter.

Why is it that I have to browse through ~50 pawns to find a single one that doesn't have shitty inclinations? Especially all those mages and sorcerers with scather as their primary, decided to fight the gorecyclops in Midnight Helix early on and the fucker idn't finish a single spell because he always walked up to the cyclops and cancelled casting the moment it turned towards him. The fight took like 30 minutes in which he casted maelstrom twice and High Gicel once...

because training pawns is tedious and if you are somewhat good at the game not worth the effort since you can just do shit yourself.

I've been trying to train my ranger pawn into the sniper bot I've heard about, but it's not working at all. Stupid cunt is innacurate as fuck, doesn't know blatantly obvious weaknesses (shoot the cyclops in the eye? whatever for?!?!) and is nowhere close to aggressive enough when it comes to spamming arrows at small targets. I've had way more luck with sorcerors because then you can just limit their spells to useful ones (no idea why so many people give their pawns garbage like Frazil) and fighters can be of great help just with their skewer attack (even staggers shit like ogres) and being generally durable because shields.

This game has a really harsh DT-ish armor system that is mysterious as hell.

It certainly does. If you get really stuck on an enemy you need dead you can use periapts or a shitton of throwblasts. And trying different spells as a sorceror is a must. Comestion might be more powerful than bolide, for example, because the latter has a physical component.

Because you didn't friend list me to get easy access to my Utilitarian Sorceress. What, is my sig hard to read or something?

My main is a sorcerer too, I'm mostly interested in trying out a double sorcerer lineup for some spell syncing shenanigans. Is it worth running dual sorcerers or is it only really useful if the Arisen is one?

Also, retraining pawns is pretty easy since you can just reset the inclinations and buy elixirs to push the ones you want them to have from the RC vendor in the encampment.

Btw. what the fuck is this helmet? Did someone at Capcom get drunk and noone noticed it being put in?

Quad (utilitarian, makes them sync more) sorcerors is amazingly fun. You can drop crazy amounts of firepower, especially if you have the right equipment/augments for faster casting on all the pawns too. Pretty much anything that can be hurt by a grand spell will be utterly destroyed by 4 of them.

Deep in your subconscious mind spreading lies.
So I finally hit 10 vocation with a strider and switched to warrior. Kinda rough loosing the roll and double jump but on the other hand he can hang on to beasts for days, can spam his abilities and runs around pretty fast with the leg strength augment.

Should I worry about stats? I want to be a Zen Archer but I heard their stat gains are crap.

It feels like Mercedes suffers a constant stream of humilations and self-doubt because you didn't let her kill the tutorial hydra
