An oasis of love and friendship.
Make the Codex Great Again! Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. I helped put crap in Monomyth
Before Jenky runs more weak and futile disinformation campaigns in order to restore his waning heterosexual reputation, which is as dead as his chances with real women, and more cover for why he's so into this "game", a source can be found here.

I don't even know whose alt you are but I've barely talked about or even played this game that you claim I am "so into" in fact looking through your post history you seem awfully butthurt about me which leads me to believe you are some sort of sock puppet account for someone who got pissed off about a game opinion I have but is too cowardly to do it on your main account... are you p*lish by any chance? because that would fit with your utter retardation and lack of courage.

also female avatar = you're a troon. it's why you are always trying to highlight and embiggen troons.

Just started playing this again (it seems they changed the early experience a lot, there's now a huge ass castle to explore)

I still like the idea of how experience is gained, but combat is still too easy, does it gets more challenging in later zones?

Enemies will get a bit tougher and hit much harder, as well as less easily avoidable, but combat won't change and will stay more of the same.

HHAHAHAA fuck I thought people were joking about the change of sex thing, I can't believe people were shitting on normie some pages back. From the 4 hours I played recently the game really is bland and too easy, what a waste of money

Has anyone watched this?

Interesting stuff overall.

A few points I have a different opinion on:

1) It is a creative game. The world strongly reminds me of some of the crazy stuff the Japanese folks can come up with. It is right up that alley. Honestly, I can't really fault the developers for that. At the very least they aren't boring, which makes it a step up. It being too infused with a shitty gender ideology is a different issue.

2) I agree on the modern slang being annoying and immersion breaking. We really need quasi-medieval games using a bit more of the different way of speech, as a flavour (but not TOO much of it, of course). I generally love sarcastic responses in games though. But that's different from developers not taking their game seriously way too often, which - I do agree - can damage the immersion as well.

3) Creating a world where everyone is free and equal isn't automatically a "communist paradise". Just read a fucking document called The Declaration of Independence. It states that "all men are created EQUAL" and have "certain unalienable Rights", such as "Liberty" (a different world for "freedom"). Is this a communist manifesto, too? Frankly, an attempt to create a literal "Heaven" in a world where gods/angels do exist and have powers to do so sounds very straightforward.

4) The guy's take on romance is schizophrenic. Not that I like developers' ideas on relationships between NPCs in the game (as little as I heard about them from him), but he's being really dumb here by criticizing the lack of romance, while at the same time agreeing it can be really cringe. I think the lack of romance is a blessing is disguise and something that can present a problem for the developer when it comes to developing choices. Better to skip all that headache, both for the player and for the developer.

5) The world being generally horrible and you not being a hero is actually a positive, not a negative.

Disclaimer: I didn't play the game. I simply watched his video on the game.

Insert Title Here
So how is it compared to 2 or so years ago? Is the combat actually better now or is it just more exploration?
there's more women referencing their wives and more men referencing their husbands
it's really subtle though, you might not even notice amidst their one other line of dialog
oh, and the techno overlord is particularly bad because he denied a woman her pooner reassignment
just like in Morrowind, and King's Field
Have you played and finished it?

Or left it mid-way?
I'm finishing it up later today
I'm angry just thinking about it
what a total piece of shit
what's the world coming to when the trash doesn't stay on itch.io anymore

but the truly loathsome are the ones who play it and don't have a bad thing to say about it
So, you hate if from well before you started playing the game seriously.

But you are finishing it anyway in less than a week!

Why? Why are you playing the game if you hate it?

Are you dumb, liar or both?
There are people who believe in conspiracy theories. They find comfort in knowing something that they think other people (or sheeple, as they call them) don't know about. But it is tough to believe such theories without powering them by finding evidences, even the most fringe ones. Finding more evidence of moral depravity of the West by playing this little game made normie feel good, and the more evidences he found, the better he felt in the end, penting up the rage to unleash into gaming forums and social media.
I'm just quoting this in case they ever start regretting posting cringe and start deleting it

This is most impressive. Literally a whole entire crew of faggots and trannies teamed up and they still couldn't make a gayer game than Baldur's Gate 3.

The visuals are pretty despite looking 'busy' sometimes but my opinion from the demo is mostly unchanged. The story still doesn't grab me and finding extra stuff by searching off the beaten paths doesn't feel very rewarding due to how easy the combat is.

Dissapointing to hear.
I guess the game is kinda enjoyable if you just want to walk around looking at pretty vistas and soak in the lore but it's clearly not for me. Can't soak in the lore.

I think Synthetic Man explained this title best in his most recent video. What sucks is, I've been waiting for this title for a while now, but as usual, it's full of leftist/virtue signaling/tranny bullshit. Fuck this dev. There's nothing remotely similar to Morrowind about this title.

It kind of blows my mind that someone can spend years working on a project like this and fail to see how crucially intertwined exploration, progression, and overall challenge is. If you fail to provide challenge, the exploration and progression fall apart, becoming meaningless superficialities. It illegitimatizes this as a game, and turns it into an interactive art piece. How can you not see this after spending so much time making something?
I read an interview with one of the developers where he said it was intended as a walking sim first and foremost, can't find it now though, might have been scrubbed but who knows with how search engines are these days. I did find this from another interview where he says they are just not trying to compete with anything combat oriented:
I’ve been focusing on exploration and narrative, because those are the areas where I feel we can compete with the bigger games. Whereas there’s never going to be a point where we can really compete with other games in terms of combat. We’re going to keep developing the combat to make it as good as it can be, but the focus of the game is still going to be the story and exploring this world.

then we can start building a posse and petition the authorities to remove the mention of Morrowind from the thread title
I'm one of few people here who is aware of how right you are about other things. This being a walking simulator narrative-first kind of game put together by a transsexual jewish autogynophiliac developer, and I don't see how anyone could refute that with the collar straining against the adam's apple in the pic below, or the developer explicitly stating their intent.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that the local tranny chasers, fantadomat and Jenkem, are into this game. Quite the catch you guys got there.

But I do think you're wrong about this not being like Morrowind. Wasn't that game a slow paced walking sim with broken and simplistic mechanics too? With occasional interruptions by cliff racers. A game with giant mushrooms and where you got propositioned by cat people when you weren't reading about Vivec's "spear". Arena, Daggerfall and Battlespire were primarily about dungeon crawling, with the overworld in the first two providing a sense of scope and context for the dungeon diving. Morrowind had trivial dungeons and very broken combat and character building, it was much more about the uncomfortably slow hike through slightly more exotic landscapes than it was about challenging and meaningful encounters, or even skillchecks for that matter. It was what would become the essential Todd Howard take on the series going forward.

It's the revealed preference of the Codex lefty seen updooting Hag's review that they want mechanically shallow walking games with mild VN elements, probably because they don't touch grass very often and don't talk to people. Video games were always about selling you the fantasy of what you don't get to do or can't have, they're the essential surrogate activity. That's what Morrowind always was though? A trekking game with the occiasional exposition dump, not heroic combat or deep system interactions.
I could have sworn this fucker was 100% male just a couple of years ago. Why in the fuck are there so many trannie indie devs now? What the fuck is pushing this?

EDIT: Thought this person was Wragg. Nevermind. That said, it's even worse than I first realized because he's nothing more than just a glorified ideas guy who lets his small tranny army do all the autistic heavy lifting when it comes to coding. This is how you play to win the game now, it seems.
